They will offer you a job, send an offer letter with a start date and promise you a steady job. Then at the last minute, your start date will keep getting pushed back, you won’t hear from anyone from the company and you will regret ever doing business with them. Don’t take any job offer from them, they are bogus. This company is no difference from any other company with contractor jobs: they only care about themselves and you are just a number to them. More to the fact, after a month of waiting to start a new job, I received a phone call telling me that there is no job. That means that now I am unemployed due to Brooksource.Edit: If you are so concerned about rectifying a situation, then find me an actual full time role so I can work again. I gave up my previous job for your company. Anything short of doing this does not show me that you are company that cares about your contractors/employees.
My overall experience as a contractor for Brooksource has been very positive. Thanks to Josh Randolph from the NSC office, I was able to get an interview very quickly and ultimately land the job assignment. Josh did an awesome job of explaining the job requirements and ensured that I was was a good fit for the role. His support does not stop with the job assignment and he is readily available whenever I have any questions.
