The staff is very nice and Chrisangela is wonderful and funny. Mrs. Ida is a doll.. I very much enjoy working for the company on my off days and they are always finding me work... Thanks Hospitality for yall efforts

Hospitality staff is a great place to work. The company is very flexible with my hours and personal needs. Show up to work on time, dress professional, follow directions and your day goes smooth. I love working for this company.

This is the best place I ever worked for. It is more like a family than a work place. I wish everyone could be as lucky as I was by finding this job. My boss is the most amassing person to work for.We have plenty of assignments for the people that want to work.

Dont waste your time here. They discriminate people. Especially if you have any tattoos or piercings.

While conducting business, many of the employees and servers were very helpful and on task. However that being said, the owner, Ida, is extremely disrespectful and unethical. If it were possible to review zero stars I would. I highly suggest conducting business elsewhere.

The overall operations actually arent sooo bad as long as you stay on the owners (Ida) good side. I was working there for 2 months and had weekends off because I coparent with my childrens mother. When the owner got wind of this she was very rude and disrespectful and let me know if I cant work weekends I cant work there. She knew she couldnt fire me legally so she made her employees stop giving me jobs and she fired the guy who hired me despite the fact that I had been working there for 2 months 5 days a week, despite the fact that my availability said I couldnt work weekends on my application, despite the fact that I had came in on certain weekends that I was free, despite the fact that none of the places I worked had a problem with it and constantly requested me and despite the fact that was an infringement on my rights as a worker in Florida. Needless to say I had built such a good rapport with the places I had worked that they hired me on permanently. But beware the owner can be very discrimnative and doesnt mind violating your rights for her own agenda! I must admit Im a bit skeptical about these reviews that claims she is a great person but at the same time I can only speak for myself. Proceed with caution!

Just spoke to someone prior to coming to this interview about my tattoo and explained to them that Ive worked in a hotel before doing house keeping and how I covered my tattoo of my daughters name up with no problem so now I get here this morning and was told I cant proceed, SMDH its $9, aint like its $20 and hour job. I waste my time and gas, never again!

The owner Ida is very disrespectful and unprofessional. I understand having a great staff is a must but she was so disrespect to her employee at my first interview. My heart hurts for that employee. For myself. My daughter in the hospital. I called out for the day to check on my daughter and she FIRED me. After working for almost 3 months overtime and also the first time calling out...... I am new to Jacksonville and I can’t believe all the disrespectful things that I have seen being in this City. OMG

Now they got the nerve to post fake google reviews on themselves, pffffft, ha ha ha!UPDATE: To the response from the owner:You never asked me how long have I been working as a cook for the Jumbo Shrimp, which would be for the past 3 YEARS - More than enough of the 6 month minimum required. You also DID state that it you knew who the manager was that I worked for at the Jumbo Shrimp, that it wasnt a real cook position & that I would freak out if given your cook exam. I guess I need to start wearing a body camera and a wire when going on these job interviews, since its in the nature of certain employers to LIE when it comes to what theyve said to a prospective candidate. But I digress. No one said that your discrimination was of a racist nature, so why would you ASSUME that the discrimination that I spoke of, was of a racist nature... A guilty conscience surely makes a person speak! And your banner out front says now hiring COOKS - It doesnt specify what type of cooks and it doesnt specify what certifications you need to have (SafeStaff, ServSafe, etc) Please dont try to clean up your reputation by straight out lying on your reviews. Especially when you fired the reviewer below mines for taking the day off to see their hospitalized child! It amazes me that you have issues with employees who have tattoos & body piercings but a person who has no such of the kind anywhere on their person & has 3yrs of experience working as a cook you discriminate against.DO NOT APPLY - BORDERLINE DISCRIMINATION!!Came by today to put in an application for a cook position & as the lady at the desk was doing my intake the manager in the office behind asked me who did I work for, since I worked as a cook for the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp. When I told her the name of the manager that I worked for as a cook for the Jumbo Shrimp, she immediately tells the intake specialist to not give me the cook test, since she felt that being a concessions cook was not a real cook position & that I would probably freak out if they gave me a cook test. Lady there is no such thing as a not real cook... A COOK IS A COOK - PERIOD!! And I do have a SafeStaff Food Handlers Certification. You dont know what would make me freak out since you dont know me from a hole in the ground & if given the test, Id probably SHELL-SHOCK her & pass the cook test. I left. Dont bother applying here, especially with the lady manager there in the side office.
