Been contacted by two different recruiters from this company. Both found my resume and reached out to me. I responded only to crickets twice. If you need a recruiter hire people that actually talk to the people they reach out to and not use them for a number or whatever they are doing. Unprofessional recruiting company.Also they apparently will send your resume to the employer without ever talking to you about the job. I guess recruiters are so good they no longer have to talk to you.

I got a really good opportunity through capital staffing. Spencer was my Recruiter he was not that great at all, he called me when I got hired and helped me get the directions. However, things happen and contracts end, well I found it very rude and unprofessionally that when I asked if there was another opportunity that I could be not he rehirable and LAUGHED in my face. So I kinda chuckeled and said thanks for laughing at me for getting terminated from my contract that was very nice & professional & he said youre welcome, have a nice day. Im sorry but if thats how they tell their Recruiters to do when people get fired that is very unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend anyone to this company or refer someone to Spencer.

In all honesty, William made my experience extremely simple, fast, and trouble free. I would definitely recommend using this agency.

I initially contacted one of the recruiters, William Martinez, via voicemail, but he didnt return the call on the next day. I then called their office to be transferred to him on that next day.Unfortunately, he didnt sound welcoming, receptive, friendly on the phone either when I asked him about the job. This was just my initial impression of him through phone communication. I dont usually experience this with female recruiters, because they tend to be friendly or hospitable in general. When I asked about the position I inquired about, he informed me that the job was no longer available, and asked me to email him the resume. I emailed him the resume included with a professionally written message. The way he responded to my first email was also somewhat a disappointment. He emailed back to me (with a very short sentence with no punctuation mark) like he was someone who didnt have people skills. This was just an impression, it was a bad experience for me. However, his second email to was much better, but I noticed that he wasnt very responsive.Staffing agencies should not discriminate job seekers, and give special treatment to certain job seekers. What Ive noticed about some recruiters is they sometimes dont respond to job seekers in a professional manner or they behave like they avoid or ignore job seekers even though it was their first time contacting the recruiters. Im not sure why some recruiters act like jerks to job seekers.

Capital Staffing is a very professional, courteous and prompt hiring service! I responded to a job posting on a Friday evening and early Monday morning they notified me that my resume fits the jobs needs. They set up my interview about 3 weeks later and about a total of a month and a half I was employed as a Contractor with the applied for job. Now, ten months later, Im a full time employee with the company that Capital Staffing set me up with!! William Martinez, a recruiter from Capital Staffing, contacted me regarding a position at a well-known hospital. He kept in touch with me throughout the entire process; providing updates from when he submitted my resume via email to the hiring manager to the response back requesting an interview. Contacted me within less than 24 hours after my interview to advise me I GOT THE POSITION with a start date of 12/3!!They worked very effectively and efficiently to provide me with all the information necessary to complete my background check, drug screen, and TB 2-step testing to ensure my start date of 12/3/2018.I want to make sure I acknowledge Josh Tonge, also; he is the manager over the contract for this hospital. He met me in the lobby of the hospital prior to my interview to be there to walk me to the building/floor where my interview was to take place and to introduce me to the hiring manager. I have never work with an agency that was so dedicated to wanting you to get the position that they come with you to your interview so that you have someone to sit with while you wait and then introduce you to the manager prior to you going in!! Even my hiring manager was impressed by that, she said I have never had anyone come to the interview to introduce themselves/the candidate.With both William & Josh following up a few times a week along with the HR contact reaching out to continue to ensure everything is completed!!I REALLY APPRECIATE ALL YOUR HELP WILLIAM MARTINEZ, JOSH TONGE, and CAMEREN CLOUTIER!! 😊I would recommend Capital Staffing and its incredible employees to anyone that wants a easy and simple hiring-process!!!

I was let go within 2mths of starting on the same day I went in to work. They are very hard to get in contact with and they promise this and that but you get no response to phone calls or emails. Unclear whose fault it was but it was not mine. Worst experience with a staffing agency ever. The recruiters have no common courtesy whatsoever. I refrained from giving a bad review of this company for a while, but to have 3 bad experiences with them within 3 months is disgusting in my book. Company should probably hire better recruiters that have some common courtesy and respect for people they contact to fill their positions. I was clearly a good candidate if recruiters from other agencies call and email asking if im interested in the SAME position. At least the other companies have recruiters that are alot more professional at their jobs. SMH.

I began and contract with them Sep 26th and today is Dec 2! decmeber 7th will be the last day of our assignment and our contract isnt up until the end of January but they are breaking the contract because they dont have any other jobs/ work available!
