I have been going to Dr. Brotman for 25+ years. I have referred many people to him including 3 family members. Everyone who has seen him comes away with the same impression - they love him. He is extremely competent, trustworthy and friendly. He will not tell you that you need something unless you need it. His office staff is polite, helpful and friendly. I have seen the same hygienist there for many years as well. Also extremely competent. I can’t recommend them enough!

I have been a patient here for about 5 years and they are always consistent with dental care. The dentists and staff are personable, efficient, and ease the common fear of going to the dentist. The office is always clean and comfortable. They make sure appointments allow for patients to get in and out in a timely manner. Always a great experience 😁

This has to be the best dentist office I have visited in my life! Sheyl if I spelled it right . Has the big nice hair style. Sweetest smartest, most informational, and helpful Orthodontist that I have ever experienced. Made me feel comfortable and I just knew I was in good hands hope I got her name right . When people relocate to Jacksonville, I often think to say, “I have a great dentist when you need one!” Thanks for taking such good care of me and my family over these many years!

Dr. Brotman has the most incredibly staff! They are all knowledgeable, kind and always smiling. I could be going in for a root canal and would not feel anxious or nervous. Dr. Brotman has a calmness about his approach that makes you feel the same. It’s incredible how he can give you a shot WITHOUT feeling it. From then on out you don’t feel a thing. Best dentist I’ve ever used! I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Brotman and his staff are first-rate professionals. Every one is committed to safe visits during the pandemic. I have used them since 2001, never have had anything but a positive experience, and would not consider using any other dental office.

The staff is always welcoming and treat you like family. My appointments are quick usually about an hour.

First time seeing Dr. Poblenz, he is buying Dr. Brotmans practice. Excellent experience, very attentive to making sure all was going well. Some big shoes to fill, seems to be off to a good start.

I had my teeth cleaned today on a routine visit. Everyone was very professional, as usual. I am a physician and know quality care when I see it. I was due for a routine cleaning and xrays. I’ve been a patient at this office for 30 years. At every visit Dr Brotman always recommended what was absolutely necessary and nothing more. I had gone to a dentist previously who recommended a bridge when I was 34. I still have not needed a bridge. Today I met the new physician, Dr Poblenz. He did a thorough exam and evaluated my xrays. He was polite and introduced himself and told me about his background. I immediately liked him and frankly if Dr Brotman chose him (they are working concurrently now) he also is trustworthy for me. I’m grateful for this practice and will continue as a patient there.

I had a great experience with Dr. Brotman and his staff. They listened to my concerns and Dr. Brotman was very thorough in explaining my procedure, which looks great! I am very happy with my decision to choose Dr. Brotman as my dentist. My children are also happy patients of his now too.

The doctor is great but the office manager is rude and disrespectful. Since I first decided to go to this dentist she was very mean, rude, and difficult. She and I had an agreement for her to contact me prior to my appointment to confirm because of the cost. She didnt uphold her part and when she finally called she blasted me for not being able to afford the $1100 procedure. She refused a payment plan when it clearly states online they accept payment plans. Then she told the doctor whatever she wanted to tell him and I was dropped as a client. I called back to ask to speak to the doctor and she refused to let me speak with him. Now he has lost a client because of his office manager. The only reason I wasnt able to pay is due to using my benefits early in the year and I am going thru some changes that will benefit me more to wait another month. Great doctor but office manager not so great.

My whole family goes here. Never any problems with the front desk and love the doctor and his assistants. always very practical and realistic.Doesnt try to sell or replace things that dont need to be.

Dr. Brotman provides excellent patient care. Ive been to several dentists and have never received such high quality care or such short wait times. Ive had nothing but good experiences and would highly recommend this practice.

I was referred by an attorney to see DrBrotman for possible representation in court re a botched implant surgery.I did not need any exam or xrays since I had all records to offer from previous dentist. I just assumed that we would speak and get to know each other and offer all pertinent records and hopefully he would be able to represent me in court. Dr. Brotman proceeded to do an exam, we talked about my issues and I felt that I now had the representation I would need for court. I left him and stopped at the front desk to let Laurie know that I was happy about Dr. Brotman representing me. At that moment, Laurie said my charge for (not a free consult as I thought) was $400. I almost died. I explained that I thought the consult was free and I could not pay that amt and offered to make payments. I told Laurie that I would never have gone thru with the apt had I known. That is when Laurie put on her UNCharm. She looked at me with an insulting look, as not to believe me that I had no means at that moment to pay and that I would b happy to make pmtsAnd she said, she needed a cr. Card. Then 2 cards immediately or else. My eyes teared up and I said I can give u my cards but there is no available cr on them. She did not care, so I gave her the card, She wrote down the number and returned the card to me. I explained again that I would never have proceeded with the apt had she told me even when I arrived as a reminder. She said nothing. Lauies gustopo attitude was hurtful. I felt horrible. My credit is excellent because I always pay my bills on time or earlier and if I cant do that, I dont spend until I can pay. I left extremely upset and the next day I called to speak to Dr. Brotman to explain what I experienced with laurie to apologize for the misunderstanding but he was just as hurtful and would not let me explain anything and told me that representing me would not b possible and dismissed me. Im sure Laurie lied and told him that I refused to pay the bill which was not the case and which could only explain why Dr. Brotman was so mean to me. I wanted to offer Dr brotman an alternative c card I remembered having used for vet services but never for myself. Not all people use it or Drs carry it but I wanted to offer the info and a phone # to become a user himself for patients that do have it. It was pd.off and my avail balance was back to $1000 and I could pay the $400 owed. Since DrBrotman would not hear me out and treated me like a criminal, I sent all info RE care credit via text msg but never heard back either way. I really wonder what Laurie could have told dr.brotman for him to treat me so horribly. Certainly not as a caring Dr. Should. I cried for 2 days and continue to feel very hurt. Today as I looked on the web site, Dr. Brotman apparently offers a pmt. plan, only not for me because of the lies he heard from laurie. I really had to explain to Laurie, as embarrassing as it was, that I had NO MONEY TO PAY AT THAT MOMENT, GUESS SHE HAD NEVER BEEN IN SUCH SPOT and looked at my situation as unthinkable. This situation is still weighing on me, especially when I saw a $29 charge available for some, but not me. Im happy for those who have had a positive experience with Dr brotman and laurie, but for those looking for a relationship, beware and be sure to ask prior to an apt what the charge is so that you wont experience what I did. It was horrible and continues to haunt me. I WILL MAIL PAYMENTS AS ORIGINALLY PROMISED UNTIL COMPLETELY PAID IN FULL.

My coworker has been extolling the virtues of Dr. Brotman for as long as I have known him and attempting to get me to transfer my care to him. Well, having been dissatisfied with the whole experience at Rick Harrisons office for years (minus his staff, of course), I finally went to see Dr. Brotman today for a broken tooth. He was everything Will said he was - professional, kind, and highly qualified. He was able to fix my tooth without the need for a crown - something that Dr. Harrison would never have done. Quite frankly, and I hate to say this, but Harrison would have sold me the crown anyway because it would have meant more money for his practice . I am so happy to be under Dr. Brotmans care - and I completely understand why so many other people are so happy with him. I have never had a painless dental experience before - but I did today. Thank you, Dr. Brotman and staff!!

As a first time patient I was told that I could not reschedule my appointment even when calling three days in advance. Lost my familys business.
