Absolutely wonderful staff and excellent care! I called about 20 dental offices trying to get an emergency appointment for my daughter who was suffering from severe tooth pain. Ivory dental was THE ONLY office that was able to get my daughter in immediately. They were extremely kind and caring and gave her top notch care! I am extremely grateful and will recommend this office to everyone!

They are AMAZING! I had a crown put on. They did a wonderful job! They always make sure you are comfortable and check in multiple times during your procedure. They explain every step of the way. They are gentle/light handed. Everyone is super nice and welcoming! No complaints! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I came in as a new patient a week ago for a regular cleaning and it turned out that I needed a root canal. They were quick to fit me in and get everything started. Dr. Najmi and Karen were amazing and gentle and took care of me and I couldn’t be any happier! Their early and late hours are really convenient as well! I definitely will be a long time patient!!

I have nothing but great things to say about Ivory Dental. First of all, I came in for a consultation for Lumineers, and the doctor said I didnt need them, I just needed to have a crown replaced, and Zoom teeth whitening. This was a fraction of the cost of what I was (ugh) prepared to spend. That was very impressive for a doctor to talk me out if an expensive procedure.She was very conscientious, thorough, and really cared about my new crown. Everyone in the office was so nice, and made the entire experience a pleasure. My teeth turned out great, and I highly recommend her for cosmetic dentistry.

The best dental place in Jacksonville. I used to not go to a dentist regularly because I was scared to be honest. These people are very friendly and are very gentle. I have zero complaints. After 4 years of continuous service I will continue to go here until I die or move. Pricing is great with no insurance... I actually enjoy going now because of the gentle but deep cleaning. Ive gotten a permanent porcelain crown here cut and put in within 4 hours of me starting the apt. Best in the business.

I was surprisingly met by the most polite and energetic front desk personnel Beth she was a superb and knowledgeable insurance and greeter for this office. I was then seated in the back with their hygienist Kristina who was extremely gentle and thorough. X-rays are always my greatest fear and they were the easiest Ive ever had taken. Dr. Najmi was highly knowledgeable and informative. They were arrow in the exam and the discussion of their treatment plan.I highly recommend this office and their staffLisa P.

When I first went it Ivory Dental I was a young adult with a horrible toothache. Of all the dentists I called they were the only ones who seemed genuinely concerned and walked me through what to do and how to pay for it. They have been my dentist ever since. I have been going to Ivory for about 7 years now and I always feel like I get the best care possible. My mouth is definable healthier, too. They make you feel comfortable and at home for something that can sometimes be scary. I highly recommend Ivory dental and Dr. Najmi.

I had 3 hours of dental work this morning. Fillings, caps and crowns and it was pretty painless! The front desks are incredibly nice and patient, the assistants are sweet, funny, and diligent, and the Dr is incredibly precise, intelligent, and I would 100% reccommend to all my friends and family. Couldn’t even feel the numbing shots, just saying ^~^ keep up the great work you guys!

So, Ill admit that I am afraid of dentists because of several bad dentists Ive visited. My wife had been trying to get me to go to Ivory Dental and Dr. Najmi for some time so I made an appointment. I felt very apprehensive going there but once inside, I was welcomed and I felt more at ease. When I met Dr. Najmi, she asked what was my issue. She examined my teeth and then explained what was going on with my teeth. We discussed a treatment plan with my input and I actually look forward to getting my teeth right (they werent that bad).

This is the greatest dental office in Jacksonville Florida. They took me in right away the first time for x-rays and cleaning. Than about a month later I needed to get a tooth repaired and I was taken right away. They are very warm and friendly. I would encourage and one to come and enjoy a great time with the dentist and staff.
