I had an amazing experience. I brought in my 2 Xbox and a PS4, where at least 2 of them were in pretty bad shape. Nothing short of incredible service by an extremely cool man. I foolishly went somewhere else for my HDMI repair and it was four weeks of phone tag for nothing. Here? I was out of the door in an hour. I couldn’t believe it. Throughout that time other customers came in (even from Georgia!) and he took care of them right there or gave them an honest turnaround time- but still just a day or two. You can tell he absolutely cares about his business, staff, community, and family. I’d accepted defeat already but he went above and beyond to get me working again, and I even got to see him work on the board and everything. I would never go anywhere else for future repairs on this or any other system I have.

Drove the hour to get there based upon these Google reviews. Was not disappointed. Tyrone does really professional work with awesome customer service. My Ps4 had crashing issues, super long boot up time, and other glitches. He had it fixed that same afternoon. When I picked it up, he did at least 5 power up tests connected to different ethernet and display systems just to show me that it worked great. On top of that he gave a 60 day warranty on the repair and parts. So not only happy and satisfied about the fix, but left feeling secure that he backed up his work. This is the place to go for video game console repairs. My sons XBOX One X was repaired in about 30 minutes. TTOPZ provided excellent, fast service. He was very professional and personable. He made a 10 year old happy again.

Took my Xbox one to him because it kept shutting down after 5 minutes. He check it, opened it and replaced the fan right in front of me. It took a total of ten minutes including testing. Best job!

My PS4 was unexpectedly shutting down after a few hours of gaming. A quick google search lead me to Tyrone! He fixed up my PS4, replacing the power supply and giving it a nice cleaning. It was a quick fix about 30 minutes. I went in on 1/16 and my PS4 is running perfectly fine since then no issues what so ever. I would definitely recommend.

The power supply on my 1st gen PS4 went out. I called Ttopz 2 hours before they closed, and told me to hurry in. He was extremely personable, and as soon as I got there, started work. So I went into this place with what I thought was a simple fix I found out that it was actually a problem with the inner chip, thanks to Tyrone he was able to find out the issue with a simple glance. He went through removed the chip replaced it it took a bit longer than expected but with the hospitality he gave and the enjoyable experience I would 1000% recommend this place and this man again and again if given the option. Came from nearly an hour away after reading all of the other stellar reviews. This, after each and every “tech” shop in my town refused to even look at the HDMI port on my PS4 because it’s a gaming console. To preface, my PS4 had taken quite a tumble from ~6-8ft while plugged in. I truly thought it was toast, and almost wrote it off completely until I called up TTopz; From the start, the process was straightforward and transparent. Within what seemed like an instant, the circuit board was out of my system and on the operating table. I was really impressed with the crisp and clean soldering job. I’m not great at that sort of thing, but I know quality work when I see it. The new HDMI port was a big upgrade over the original: a much more sturdy design— made to last. I was in and out in less than an hour, and it was absolutely worth the drive. I felt that pricing was very fair for the quality of work, and it was a pleasure doing business here. Highly recommended.

Tyrone was very nice to my mother and I. He fixed my retimer ic chip very quickly. But what made our experience even better was how polite, and thorough he was in explaining things. While he was working with us another customer came in and Tyrone was honest with him and said the customers issue might be so expensive it wouldn’t be worth the repair. He broke the PS4 down, got to the motherboard, changed it and had it all back together in a half hour and sent me on my way. When a different company was telling me we needed the “main board” replaced for our PS4 (which ended up not being the problem!) I got a referral to ttopz game repair. He fixed it 3 days before Christmas in 45 min while we waited. He was so friendly and willing to help and explain the situation with fair pricing. If looking for shop it’s all the way in the back of a lil flea market style building that can feel somewhat uncomfortable, it will be okay! Just go straight to the back of the building. Ask where to go right when u walk in the door to the store clerk if you feel uncomfortable, I was directed to the office by the store clerk who had no problem helping out. Upon arrival additional customers were having repairs done and waiting on consoles. The owner asked me what was wrong and I explained that my Xbox one x was hit by a lightning surge and was no longer showing HDMI display. Owner explained to me that the repair would be more labor involved and that he would need some time because he was busy and my repair would require some time being that a retimer chip was probably the issue. He took my number/name and console. I brought my Xbox in on a Friday afternoon so I wasn’t expecting to get it back until Monday afternoon most likely. Even tho the owner stressed to me that he would get to it ASAP and believe me He did when I called in that Friday afternoon he explained to me that he replace my retimer chip and did several other things with no positive results. He then explained to me that he wanted more time with the console because he DOES NOT CHARGE If he can’t fix. I had no issue with that, he explained that he needed to order some parts and that it would be later in the week to give him a call. I gave him call later in the week and he explained to me that he tried everything he could but still no positive results. I was disappointed but was able to pick my console up for FREE with no confrontation. Couple days later got a call from the owner who gave me a great deal on a used console. Will recommend this business to anyone that needs console repair. Owner truly loves his job and cares about his customers opinions.

Man, this guy is awesome! You Break I Fix, told me they couldn’t fix my PlayStation because of mold. I took it to Ttopz and he showed me where they didn’t even open it because the warranty sticker was still over top the bolts lol. He opened my PS4 right there on the spot, fixed my USB port, tested my hardrive and replaced it for me...all on the spot. He tried to avoid me needing a hardrive and did several tests first. He also blew out my system which had only dust, no mold. He brought the price down for me on the port too, since I was hit with two issues. Great guy, hard worker! He deserves 5 stars for his service, and I will tell everyone to take their issues to him!

So where do i began on this amazing experience. First off his knowledge of the gaming systems is impeccable. He is very customer friendly, very eager to make his customers comfortable. He is very fast but very detailed oriented. He also took the time to show my son what he was wrong and what he was doing to fix the issue. That impressed me the most. Because of his time spent at this business my son has new interest of what he may want to learn and explore as he grows older. I really just can not say enough about how impressed I am. I was low key nervous because I just googled and his name popped up. I usually dont do things like this without a personal reference but this was a quick decision that worked out in my favor!!!

I came in here on a whim as they did not advertise repairing Switch Lite consoles. I showed him my exact problem and in a weeks time they revived my brick of a console! Customer service is great, he took the time to show me what exactly was wrong with my console and how he was going to repair it. Needless to say, he knows what hes doing! They are going to start repairing Switches in the near future so definitely keep these guys in mind!

My Xbox1 wasn’t displaying video on the TV. Was told it might be a HDMI port issue. I called Ty and he said to bring it in and he would do a free diagnostic test in front of me. As soon as I arrived he quickly diagnosed the problem - the port was fine, but most likely a surge caused the encoder chip to fail. He quickly replaced it while I sat watching him work under microscope 🔬 on the circuit board. Beyond his technical expertise and passion to diagnose / fix problems quickly, he was also friendly, personable, and engaging. Humble too. Xbox1 was repaired < 1 hour and price was very reasonable. Really great experience my hdmi port was messed up on my PS4. Was able to get it fixed in about 20 mins. Got home plugged my game in my hdmi port worked but my system didn’t read my games. Called back the next day at 8 a.m. got an immediate response. Brought my system back in and had my problem fixed in less than 5 mins. Tyron fixed my sons damaged HDMI port in his Xbox One S in 45 minutes tops! I initially took it to UbreakIfix but ended up getting told 3 different stories told from their reps about when his game would be fixed. They had his Xbox for a total of 4 days and still had not touched it, when they initially promised me they would have it fixed at a max of 2 days. I was furious and ended up picking the Xbox back up and let them know they lost a customer. I found Ttopz on Google and spoke with Tyron and made him aware of my issue I was having with UbreakiFix and he promised he would have the Xbox fixed and cleaned up in 45 minutes, same day! My son’s ps4 was just spinning and wouldn’t load games. Tyrone waited on a Sunday for me to drive down. He cleaned all the dust out. Put coolant on the motherboard and gave us a new HDMI cord! He did all of this in about 15 minutes. The charge was $50- very reasonable. Can’t say enough nice things about him and how he does business!

I bought a Xbox One for my son when it was sold out everywhere. A few weeks later I decided to get myself one and Ty sold me one he personally used. Brought my son Ps4 that had a hard drive issues to Ttopz and Ty was committed to making sure it was fixed. This man is just like the work he does, quality. He walked me through each step of his process so that I knew what he was doing and could follow along, he also answered all of the questions I had in such a way that I actually understood what he was doing the whole time.One thing I can’t stress enough is the fact that he refused to give up and tell me that my system was dead. It took him 4 attempts to fix my ps4. Each time it didn’t work he would get right back to figuring out what the problem was, and by the time he was done my system once again was running properly.If I ever have another problem with a console of mine in the future I will definitely be a returning customer.
