This is the second visit for me but both visits were very easy and speedy. The price for my repair was very reasonable in my eyes, the staff is very friendly as well. Will most likely use them the next time my son breaks his phone.

No other place you need to go to get your phone repaired. Albert cares about his customers and it shows. His immediate response on a quote, to the greeting when I arrived, to the short wait to get my phone repaired was all above average. I have been going to this location for many years, including when they went by a different name. The guys that work here are always super friendly and they understand what they are doing. They have helped my family with multiple models of iphone and ipad including battery and screen replacements. Their prices are very reasonable and most of all, they do it right! I have since moved, but I still make the 30 minute drive from Ponte Vedra for the peace of mind.

Fix the front screen and back glass on my iPhone X. Had this done at other shops here in mandarin but this was the best spot. He only fix what was needed. He has great price and parts. Highly recommended.

I was totally satisfied with this place until I got my phone back later that evening and realized the lower volume button on the side is now not working. I had the back glass replaced because it was shattered, he did a great job with that and he showed me everything still worked but failed to show me that the volume button didn’t work. I will add, they did give me a referral discount which was very nice. Just disappointed that now some thing else doesn’t work on my phone.

Great experience. I’d read some other reviews online and so I thought I’d give them a try after busting the glass on my 6s Plus. I called and was given an estimate $15 and $35 less than what other places quoted me. I didn’t need to make an appointment as he said it would only take about 15 minutes to repair. Sure enough, that’s about how long it took. He was very personable and helpful. I would absolutely go back and refer anyone to do the same. Thank you for fixing my iPhone!

My S20+ had a crack after a drop that was getting progressively worse. Albert took my call, gave me a fair quote, ordered parts, then texted me the next day when the parts arrived. I dropped off the phone and an hour later it was done perfectly. Couldnt have been any easier and the new glass is perfect!

I went here after calling several other repair shops that either refused to work on my phone or warned me that theyd likely break the case in the process of fixing it and Id have to pay for that replacement on top of the labor.
