I had a hard drive crash with my family history on it. I took it to several places in the Tampa area but they were unable to retrieve the data. I contacted Secure Data and spoke with Luke Muralli. He was very businesslike and answered both my initial and follow up questions. Long story short. All my data was recovered. I had a bit of trouble accessing but after a short talk with Luke there was no problem. I will recommend both Secure Data to my friendsand associates if a problem arises with their hardrives.

Friend sent in their broken USB flash drive to get it looked at and quoted for data recovery. They said it would be about $1000 for a full NAND dump when it really should have been as easy as soldering the USB connector back to the board (yes, the break was that clean).Friend asked for the drive back. They offered the recovery for $600 instead, unable to give the drive back throughout the weekend because one specific worker was the only one with access to it. Friend asked for drive again on Monday, and they were so difficult about it that they paid the $600 just to get the data back at all.Dont let this be your first stop and prepare to not be able to get whatever media you send them back if you do send it in.

My wifes windows file system portable drive which contains all her familys photos from last 40 years, connected to mac book pro and formatted to mac file system, i tryed softwares based on internet search, none of them worked, I was ready to pay $1000 but they suggest to me use their software from the website and it recovered almost everthing, i cannot thanks enough, great company.
