I took my computer in for an issue I was having. Till this day idk what it was but my cpu would not post. He took it apart and put it back together again and it booted up fine. But he went the extra mile and managed my cables in an extremely tight mini itx build that even I wasnt willing to deal with wich I appreciated. The only issue I had whatsoever is that he switched my fan direction in my case causing my cpu to run much hotter. Something easily corrected Id reccomend Matts computer and Id take any of my CPUs to Matts.

Kelly added 2/ 4GB RAM chips to increase the random access memory from 3 GB to 8 GB on my 4-5 year old Toshiba 855 Satellite laptop computer ! She was super fast and extremely professional and courteous to me as I waited while she did the replacement of the RAM memory chips! She also loaded the trial version of Kaspersky Internet Security for me! I will use Matts Computer for any future computer services needed!

Quick and easy service on a MacBook Pro. Very pleased with how fast the turn around was even though it was only a battery replacement.

Tries to come in anx have 3 computers fixed. No one was there and we waited over 47 minutes. 2 orher people came up and the lady said she was there between 10/1015 and no one was there. An older gentleman was there said he had an appointment, he left and came back said he was going somewhere else now too. We srove an hour to get there...

They dont work on Xboxs.

Kelly fixed my iPhone screen. She was out of white and offered for me to come back next week because she only had black in stock. I said that was ok and would take a black replacement and only had to wait 15 minutes and my phone was good to go. Very happy and with the black front I feel like I almost have a brand new phone.

Matts Computer does a great job. They are very knowledgeable in both mac and PC computer repair and software. They setup my new mac and transferred everything I needed from my pc and got my Microsoft exchange server working too. We had Matt come out and fix computers and networking in our office as well.

My daughter bought an aspire tablet from them for 50.00 cash they were marked 75.00 since she got hers for a low price I was thinking about buying two. So I go in she said that even though she sold my daughter hers for fifty tax and all that I had to pay the full 75.00! Later on I gave my daughter 50.00 to see if she could get another well the lady made her pay 67.00 for it. I paid my daughter the other 17.00 . Back. But Ill tell you this, I will never buy from this store again and nor will I give them another good recommendation.

Terrible service!! I went in to get my iPhone 6 screen fixed and in the process they messed up my front camera and my front speaker. They were not willing to even see what they had done wrong.
