Ran into some trouble earlier this week. Broke the screen on my Mac laptop... my work Mac laptop I should say. I needed some professional advice, and fast, and thats exactly what Mac911 delivered. Im a Mac consultant myself but far more into dealing with training and software issues, not so much into hardware repairs. Jonathan has been my go-to guy for coming on 20 years for hardware issues that I cant handle myself, the one I send my own clients to.

In March, I took my mac to the Apple store and was told the hard drive had failed. They indicated it was no longer covered for repairs. I googled Mac repair locations close to the Apple store in the Town Center and Mac911 was the first one I called. Talked to Johnathan and made arrangements to get my computer to him. He replaced my hard drive, reimaged the computer and recovered a large amount of data to a backup drive. The price was reasonable and he was very good on returning calls when he was not immediately available. Since getting my computer back I have had no complaints. I am a very satisfied customer. Will keep his number on hand for future business with other computer problems!!!! Thank you Jonathan.
