Ive spent over $160 on my laptop that I never got back. I trusted sending my money through cash app relying on Jon to fix my computer. Despite my computer being very old, if there was no hope in fixing it then I would of completely understand. The fact that this man took my money and my laptop with no response. I called and hes blocked my number. I tried requesting my money back....Nothing!!!!! I will definitely will be filing a report.

I found Jons Computer Repair after a random google search. I reached out and left a voicemail. I didnt receive a call back, but a text which made me a bit skeptical from the start. That and the mandatory $40 deposit before actually meeting him or receiving any repairs. I already had my lap top diagnosed previously and knew that I needed a new hard drive. I explained to Jon how imperative it was that I have my lap top back in a timely manner because the operation of my business depended on it. He told me it was a routine repair and assured me that I would have my lap top back by the next afternoon. Needless to say, $100 and 3 weeks later my lap top has still not been repaired. 3 weeks of limited to no communication and driving back and forth from his home to pick up and drop off my computer because it wasnt fixed properly. I lost clients and sales because of it. He seems like a good kid, but his professionalism, communication and business etiquette definitely need a lot of work.

This young man conducts absolutely wonderful business. Dependable, reliable, & great work ethics. Not only knowledgeable but informative. He was able to explain the issues in a language you can understand without being a computer technician. Best of all quality work with a great turnaround time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Always kept me up to date on what was going on. Didnt quit on the machine after multiple days of trying. Got my data saved, no wipe needed. Overall I would recommend anyone to bring their technology here instead of best buy,etc.

I contacted Jon on September 11th for a hardware issue on my laptop. He kept it for about three days before telling me he fixed it with a windows re-install, and told me that it worked fine. The day I took it back home, it was immediately clear that the issue persisted.It is my work laptop and I needed it fixed as quickly as possible so I contacted a second repair shop that confirmed it was a hardware issue; the laptop needed to be shipped back to the manufacturer for repairs as it was a motherboard and graphics card problem.I contacted Jon for a refund which he agreed to, $160, and told me that he would get it taken care of and message me soon. It has been a month of back-and-forth with little communication or outright ghosting me despite promises of staying in touch. I asked him multiple times when I would be getting my money returned to which he said he could only offer me partial payment but then never responded.Ive done my best to stay patient but it is the lack of communication that tells me I wont be getting my money back.Edit (2/26/2021) It took you 4 months to respond. I also keep records; the multiple times I tried to reach you and the fact you never responded or the fact you agreed to refund me through paypal but never did so. I tried to resolve the issue months ago but you never communicated or followed through. There is no misunderstanding. Only your poor service and poor communication skills and the fact you did not want to refund me even though you never fixed my laptop.

Good service although i paid 60 dollars for a problem that was never fixed. I went to him first and he reseated the GPU and Ram and cleaned my computer. Seemed the computer ran a little faster but the problem i took it to him to fix wasnt fixed. i had horrible stuttering on any game i played and was power and thermal locking at 60° celcius. After taking it the problem still existed till the computer tech from lenovo took it out in front of me and showed me obvious burn damage on my Gpu. Now from what i see jon is does a good job, although i wish he would of told me about the burn marks and damage so i knew what the real problem was. Lenovo replaced my entire motherboard on my laptop 600$ fix for free do to warranty which i understand Jon doesnt have the ability most likely to get the 600$ part for free or within warranty aspect.All being said i understand the situation of the problem. I believe Jon is a good man just wish i was told straight forward about the issue at hand, and last but not least communicated back instead of ghosting me when i told him the problem still consisted.

My experience was terrible. I was promised a repair in 30 minutes and 3 weeks later I had to pester Jon to get my computer back. I was promised a refund on my cash app and its been 11 days and still no refund of 150 dollars for a repair that did not happen. I am embarrassed at how I was treated in this business. Now I have to alert the authorities and start a lawsuit. Its just sad how we do eachother.

I called Jon out the blue (as the older people would say) I explained to him that I had purchased a used laptop and wanted it cleared from previous owners. He gave a great price, so I dropped it off and within an hour it was ready for pickup. He is very efficient,fast and has a friendly service attitude. I will be bringing all my broken electronics to him. He is the man.

I dropped my computer and it cracked where I usually I charges it. I spased out and panicked!!!!! I took it to him and he repaired it. Hes became my Hero# very reasonable in price. I took it to him. It was done the same day. I got taken care of, Good customer service, I will refer him to any one. Also he does cracked or broken phones. He done an excellent job. I can stick my charger in now and it Powers right up. This young man can fix it, Hardware or Internal. So give him a try.

Jon is an absolute professional and knows how to take care of his customers well! I had an issue that even Jon hadnt come across but he sat there and figured it out and now my PC is back to functioning order and my important files were accessible again!!! Good help is hard to find, so when you find dependable ppl....you keep their number for future use!Jon has definitely made me a believer! Thanks! Highly recommend!

Called Jon about my newly built gaming computer having problems, answered questions for me over the phone so I could try to fix it myself. I was unsuccessful and took the PC in to him and he discovered the problem, gave me a good deal on fixing it, and was done within an hour of me dropping the computer off. Also, a very friendly guy that I will recommend all of my friends to. Don’t forget to get some crocs.

This Guy have no integrity, morals And to say the least he’s a thief. I cash app him $55 for a part he was supposed to order for my laptop he never hecalled back and he stop answering my calls stay clear of this con artist.

Brought my PC to Jon after having some problems booting, wasn’t sure if it would even be fixable. He had the computer back to me in just a little over 24 hours and it’s working better than ever and for a very reasonable price. Couldn’t recommend him enough, and will definitely be going back for any other issues with any of my devices!

My son decided he could fix his own computer. He was wrong. Luckily this company responded quickly and we were able to go right down to get it fixed. We dropped it off and it was done in about an hour. Im not sure what normal pricing is but I felt what we paid was fair. My son who knows more about it says it was a good price. Do not take your laptop here, at first I thought it was good reading past reviews but no. He takes ypur laptop does not communicate with you at all, he lies about when it will be done. After you confront him he tries to go ghost. Do yourself a favor DO NOT GO HERE

Very professional and paid attention to what my concern was as far as my lap top. He kept communication up and was very fast with service.

Paid $80 for a new keyboard for my daughters laptop. He charged me and said he was ordering the part. Never heard from him again and he didnt respond to multiple text messages or emas regarding the keyboard. He did fix my other daughters charging port within 25 hours for $80 as well, which is why I gave him more than 1 star.

Had a bad virus on my computer . tried The ENTIRE day to clear the virus myself and had 0 luck.. took it to Jon and he literally fixed it in 30 minutes highly recommended!!!! And for good price

Recently went to Jon with a computer problem Ive had for months. I spent 60$ for him to not fix anything with the computer, and then ghost me after talking about the problems with the computer afterwards. I still havent heard back from him from the beginning of the year. Unfortunate that I wasted 60$. Please do not go here.
