John was very helpful, he let me know that they have seen my issues before and that they were in touch with Microsoft to find out why that was happening. He was really fast at fixing the email issue and got me up and going in no time. I am very thankful for all the hard that Jonathan and your entire team has put in to making this remote work world we now live in not so difficult. You all are amazing at what you do!

I had an issue with the BIOS on my laptop and getting it to boot back into windows. However, Henry was assigned to assist me with the issue and he did an awesome job. He never got frustrated and didnt quit until the problem was fixed. I didnt lose anything and all my work was still where I left it. THANK YOU HENRY!!!!!!

Definitely not flat rate and longer wait times, Geek Squad Enterprise support is cheaper and available in more areas in case I want to expand my business. Sales/Marketing team is friendly though.
