When I called Computer Repair it was after hours but the owner, Russell, answered anyway. I described my issue and he gave me a quote which was very reasonable. I took my computer to him and was told it would take about an hour to fix. I couldn’t wait because I had to get back to work. I picked it up the next day and Russell explained to me what he did to fix the computer. He showed me that it was working again and informed me that he installed a portal for online help in the future which I thought was pretty cool! Russell was very informative, fast and AFFORDABLE! We got the frame of our HP laptop fixed. We did not have to replace it...Yay! he just put some screws in it so that I am able to open and close it. The service was super fast and we plan on bringing our other computers for software repair. They also work on Mac computers. This very professional repair shop.

Had him replace the battery, adapter, touchpad assembly panel, upgraded memory to 12GB and he recommended a solid state drive instead of the slow clunker of a spinning hard drive I had in there. Omg! Extremely fast and professional repair when my pc stopped booting. Russell immediately figured out the motherboard was short circuited and needed to be replaced, got it done in less than a day after receiving the new motherboard. Wow, where should I start? First of all, I was told it would be less expensive to just buy another laptop from the infamous black and white squad. He didnt attempted to listen to me how important my laptop is to me. I took my laptop and my granddaughters laptop into Affordable Computer Repair Jax. I spilt some water on my laptop and fortunately had a keyboard protector and reacted fast, but everywhere i read said you should still have someone open it up and make sure everything is okay. I called in the morning and the guy answered right away. He told me i could bring it in and he had it back in my hands by 1pm that day. He even recommended i get an external hard drive and helped me back up my laptop. Def would recommend.

My Surface Pro 3 decided to lock up with a reboot loop last weekend and none of the usual tricks I know would work.
