I have been working with Bill Lewiss support for over five years. Our initial introduction was based on a high-praise personal recommendation, so I have felt comfortable with him from the start. It is very reassuring knowing that such fast, responsive and knowledge assistance exists for the multiple levels of computer difficulties. He is always up-to-date on current needs and works both remotely and on-site analyzing and fixing problems we knew we had (as well as seeing ones we werent even aware of!). You wont get a better support!

Our experience with XTREME IT has been nothing but frustration and disappointment. We hired Rick to do a quick design refresh our Website but after 6 months we decided to move on and hire someone else to finish the work. Rick was disorganized from the beginning of the project and didnt clearly communicate what input he needed from us. Every 2-3 weeks, when we asked for an update, he came up with new requirements and excuses for not delivering. And cherry on the cake, he invoiced us more than the original mutually agreed price and refused to provide the deliverable until AFTER full payment. Of course, after payment, half of the web pages we received were either broken or not properly formatted...If you need someone to change a cartridge in your printer, Rick is your guy, but if you need anything more, forget it !
Although I had thoroughly mucked up my accounts and passwords following an alert that someone in a different state was trying to hack in, Bill returned my panicked text quickly. And he patiently and swiftly performed the necessary steps to straighten the mess out -- all this on a Sunday afternoon with not a word about overtime. These guys are absolutely the best at all things IT. They have guided our company through a complete overhaul of all of our office technology, hardware, software, servers and network. And everything works, day in and day out, as promised! There were very few hiccups, and those that did come along were addressed quickly, competently and professionally. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

Rick, your response to my review is very deceiving. 1) As a C-Level executive, I did not participate to operational meetings about website design. However I had constant negative feedback from the team that directly worked with you. 2) I did reach out several times to get thing resolved, but you decided to ignore my emails and calls... so this review should not come as a surprise. 3) You know very well that the website we have today is NOT what you delivered. We hired someone else to fix all the issues you left unresolved after getting paid... Are you trying to get credit for someone elses work ? Given our experience with Xtreme IT, I wouldnt be surprised if most of your positive reviews here were fake... (if you are looking for a website design and you are reading this review... stay away from Xtreme IT... we learned our lesson the hard way)
We hired Ricks company to rebuild an existing website for our firm. When we first spoke with Rick he sounded great. He talked the talk, claimed that when he was done our website would be optimized to rank well with organic SEO and promised us a reasonable cost to get it all done.When we began working with XTREME IT we provided Rick with a series of example websites that we liked. We were interested in replicating the various features that made the sites easier to interact with. We also stressed (repeatedly) how important it was that the website look professional, that it rank well in terms of organic SEO, and that it was fast. Again, Rick promised us that the website would blow us away and that wed be very impressed.What we experienced was not at all what we expected based on our conversations with RIck. Rather than working with our team in a collaborative effort to make sure that the website progressed in a way that was satisfactory, Rick worked in a vacuum. When we did see updates to the website they looked horrible. Font was far to large, images were out of balance, the colors were painful to look at due to harsh contrasts and clashing. In fact, when we first viewed the main page our logo was so large that it took up about 70% of the screen.When we challenged Rick rather than trying to stick to what he promised and deliver a quality product, he behaved in a passive aggressive manner and tried to blame us for his terrible work. When we pushed harder he only became more passive aggressive and continued to blame our team. Not once did he show any care or make any effort to ease our concerns or make us happy.What was supposed to take a few weeks took over 6 months due to an absolute lack of project management on Ricks part. When we did finally draw the project to a close things became even worse. We sent an email to Rick requesting the files for the new site (which was still incomplete). We told Rick that we needed to publish what we had because we had a major press event scheduled for the following week. Rather than providing us with the files RIck held the files hostage. Rick not only forced us to pay the full amount before releasing the site but also forced us to pay for additional work that he needed to do to fix the problems that he created when making our site.We reluctantly issued payment for both the amount that was due as per our contract and for the additional amount that Rick was billing us for fixing his own mistakes. That payment was issued on a Friday via wire transfer and it was our expectation that RIck would provide the files immediately after payment was issued.Instead, the moment we issued the payment to Rick he set an out of office notification and ignored all of our emails. We tried calling him, emailing him, had his co-workers email and call him, he just ignored us. We ended up missing our deadline by about 7 days which proved to be really problematic for us, but thats not even the end of it.When we finally did get the files back from Rick the site was still not usable and frankly looked unprofessional and embarrassing. Moreover, none of the SEO optimizations that Rick promised existed, the layout and functionality of the site was marginally effective, it was just a huge mess. We ended up hiring a web developer of our own to rebuild the entire website and do everything that wed asked Rick to do initially.So, with this all in mind, we would not recommend Rick or XTREME IT to anyone for any reason. His lack of professionalism, lack of care for his customers, deliberate maliciousness that caused us to miss important deadlines, and more make him one of the few people that we wish wed never encountered.
