While my laptop could not be saved🥲 Craig tried very hard to do so. He was very thorough and was able to recover my files. Price was very affordable. If Im in need of computer work again this is where Ill be going.👍

I have a 10 year old computer that I fried and needed help with. Also procrastinator that i am, i had never backed anything up. Called on a Friday afternoon and the gentleman I talked to was quick to schedule an appointment for me and answered all my questions. He also took the time to answer my questions regarding making a decision about purchasing a new desk top or laptop which I had been thinking of doing anyway. I had a gut feeling what I wanted and when I told him what I did on the computer he made a few suggestions and hit the nail right on the head of what I was thinking of purchasing. They do not sell computers, just repair, and he didnt have to take the time for this but he did. Was not in a hurry to shut me off and really helped me . I highly recommend them and will complete my review after they do what they can with the computer I have as far as quality and value but I feel it will be top notch also..
