I was a client of DPC and decided not to move forward with services, even after letting them know in advance about this it took many phone calls from myself in order to have them transfer information to the new IT company. During the startup, the printer I purchased gave me several errors and after months of calling and having someone check it they replaced it but the printer still gives errors. The wireless keyboards for the dental rooms would stop responding to the computers and many tickets were made for this but it got to the point where I got fed up and ended up changing them out for keyboards with wires because the problem could not be fixed. I Did not have a good experience with this company.

We run a pediatric dental practice all the way in Virginia. I have known Clay and Christina for many years and have been a client of theirs almost as long. I am a complete care client for a long time, and it has been worth every penny. If anything happens to our system, which is quite extensive, Dental PC has it up and running usually before I even know there was a problem.. There offsite backup is also priceless. Without it I would always wonder if our data was safe. If you are not there client, I highly recommend you give them a call. You will sleep better at night with one less thing to worry about.
