When I dropped my clothes I asked told the owner if I have to play a supply fee, Ill go somewhere else. He assured me there was no supply fee. I go get my clothes and there it is on the receipt, but it wasnt on the ticket they gave me when I dropped my clothes off. As I was leaving I told an elderly woman to watch her receipt because they are double charging people with a supply fee. Do you know the guy ran from behind the counter into the parking lot yelling at me not to talk to customers. I been going here for years and this fee started a few months ago. They are the only Dry Cleaners I have ever seen charge a supply fee.

Cheap and fast

I dropped my clothes off on Saturday. I picked them up this past Monday. The clothes looked the exact same as I dropped them off. I got what I paid for as they advertised $2.50. I should have went to Sand Dollar as they actually dry cleaned my clothes and had them smelling good. The job Best cleaners did. I could have did. I will not be back.

Prior to moving to Arlington I would get my dress clothes done at the beach. The price at Best Cleaners is great. I left my tie which cost double a shirt and its clean, but it got a bit messed up. I still wear it, but the fabric is worn now. I wont be leaving any more ties there, but my shirts turned out great. Luckily its a cheap tie. I left my suit there too and it looks nice.

Ive been taking my clothes here for years and I am always satusfied with how prompt the service is and how well they clean. When I need a cleaning expedited they are able to do that as well. Everyone here is always pleasant and friendly.

Ive been going here to Best for over 3 yrs,They advertise that They are open on SatTill 5pm, as I pulled up to the door, it was4:54, more than 5 minutes B4 They are supposed to be closed, 1 employee motionedClosed by slashing his throat gestures.. 2 Employees there locking the door over 5 minutes before They are advertised tobe Open, I dont agree with telling hours of operation on the window and the web site 5:00 pm and then close at 4:55 !!! I drove up there in a rain storm and would have been there more like 10 minutes before closing .Point is if you close at 5 pm then you shouldnt lock your doors until 5pm...On top of that my I return the hangers just from kindness ...needless to say they lost a weekly customer today, if they even care..Because they started locking the door right in front of me..My time is important just as important as theirs and cost me a trip .I wasnt even picking up..just dropping off my weekly cloths..I wouldnt waste my time writing this except this was second time they did this...If your closing at 4:55 then put 4:55 not 5pm.....Written by Ronald Dowling on wifes phone but do want you to know who wrote this..Yes the man in the black Avalanche with the long hair that wears the Vietnam era vet cap..

No BUENO ! I went to pick up my garments today unfortunately my suit jacket and dress still had stains . My new $60 white dress was was reduced to a shrunk mess. The hem of the lining is now longer than the dress. I noticed that part when I got home. The Hispanic descent gentleman offered no charge to re clean the garments to remove stains I told him no Id try on my own because if they saw the stains still there after the initial clean they should have tried to clean again without me noticing. I asked him just remove the the fee he got very loud and said no he couldnt remove the charge I smiled and politely gave him my card to charge me because Im not going to argue about it. I rather just post my pictures on Google and allow you to lose more that 5 bucks.
