Wouldn’t cash my check even though it didn’t expire for a year . Didn’t make any sense to me

Cashed a check their and it cost me $16.44. Thats a scam to me. You can go to wal mart and cash the same check for $5.00. I dont know why I went there. But i know Ill never be back. And the cashier never told me how much it would be to cash my check either.

The girls are always so nice,they give me great advice,they both speak fluent languages to better serve the costumes they also give them the chance to step outta line to verify checks very sympathetic and compassionate. I love it here and unless theres a closer one too me Im not aware of Im always going here.

When no one else in the city will cash ur check, they will, also u can pay just about any bill or utility here. They also offer western union. The staff is very nice and also bi-lingual.

I went in last night to pick up a western union to pay my friends rent who is an over the road truck driver and currently out of town. When I went in, the line was very long. You would think that on a Friday night, typically most peoples payday, that they would have more than one teller. Also, the one teller they did have was not knowledgeable and carrying on long conversations with each customer while the line kept building. After being in line 30 minutes and only reaching the halfway mark, someone in line mentioned no bill pay and no western union, so I stood in line for 30 minutes for nothing. I will never be back and too bad too, because I used to recommend this place to my clients to cash their large tax refund checks there and I certainly will not any longer.

Rude and incompetent staff. When I called up there simply asking how much of a percentage they take out of a payroll check the lady got upset with me and hung up the phone being rude and belligerent I called back and the other lady hung up on me as well without answering my question because they wanted to know how much was on the check instead of simply answering my question which wasn’t how much my check was or how much you’re going to take from my check but what the percentage is that you take from a payroll check. These people are incompetent and do not know how to do their job and have zero customer service. Go somewhere else if you want to be treated with dignity and respect.
