Weve had this Masterclean service in our home twice in the past year - we have a few cats. The first time the sofas, pillows, rugs, and some carpeted areas got a freshen up that is great to do periodically, critters or not. The second was just recently for a bad cat issue on a sofa and the rug below it. Both times Wade handled the jobs professionally and courteously, and he arrived at the beginning of the arrival time window. We were very happy with the results and will definitely call them again when we need another cleaning.

These folks came highly recommended from a colleague who uses them for all of their rental properties. I typically would rent the equipment from the Do It Yourself shop and clean both carpets and upholstery furniture with moderate success. However, after using Masterclean, Ive found that money and time spent on the Do It Yourself machines were a complete waste. Masterclean was very respectful of my home and time. They arrived on time and got the job finished quickly and the cleaning was much more thorough than I was expecting. The carpet and furniture looks, feels and smells like its brand new again. I had no problems leaving the gentleman alone in my home for a couple hours while I ran errands. Trustworthy, Timeliness and Great Results...I am glad I found these guys!
