Paid 25 for ceramic type wash w/ wheel n tire clean n shine. Got a good wash n wax the wheels n tires on the other hand. Not so much only half of each tire got shine of any kind. But good overall.

When I first started coming my car sparkled. Now half the time I dont get all the options the Ceramic Shield package contains. Downgraded to silver. I am also reviewing their employees. Since when does a place of business allow their employees to dictate how to work. Half of the individuals cant even line you up correctly or take time off their phones to spray the bugs off of your vehicle. Have went in at 7pm and couldnt vacuum my car because the employees are coning off one side to prep for closing. Never seen a business decline this fast. I would cancel but there is the other location off of Collins that actually still is good.

I have used this car wash 3 times since it opened. Only one time did the experience go as planned. Today the credit card reader on lane one wasn’t working. After sitting at the gate for a little over 20 min, hitting the “help” button numerous times, calling the phone number for the business and attempting to flag down the attendant at the entrance to the car wash an employee FINALLY came out to the payment stand and went to the car in lane 2!!!!! The lane that was moving without issue!!!!!!!!!!! The unprofessionalism and waste of time is appalling!!!!! Never again!

Love these washes. I got a membership and its great. theyre convenient and the fast pass helps me slide through even if Im busy. Great washes and the detailing area is awesome. the vacuums go back in place and the slots are spacious. would definitely recommend!

What is there not to like about this place. I became a member just last week on a two-month membership trial because the price is good. I dont know what will happen after that but for the time being, the service is fantastic, customer service is phenomenal... this is a 5-star rating establishment...Johnnie.P.

I was just passing by, and read the advertisement of free use of vacuums with car wash. I have been putting off washing the car so I figured Id try it out. They have a $5 option and even though it was the lowest tier wash it was a deal. It was definitely worth the $5! There are different tier level washes, waxes and treatments, the vacuums worked really well and they even have a car mat cleaner.

The unlimited car washed come in handy hear and they are reasonably priced. Staff is anxious to help here and are very customer oriented. If your car is somewhat low like mine it will scrape the guide track of the car wash. I had an under carriage piece that sustained some damage.

This service gets the majority of dirt off of your vehicle within minutes. However, it isnt perfect. You will need to bring supplies if you want to fine tune your vehicles shine. The center of my hood and the crevices of my rims are low hit areas. This service is really good for the time you save.

The wash itself does an amazing job. The employees are friendly and very helpful. They are also very knowledgeable on their packages and help explain each one. Definitely a return customer because I got a package.

I would think with all the brushes used to my would be clean, but I always find places that the brushes didnt touch.

We needed this in the neighbors.But it not up running smoothly and non of the employees are trained to deal with any customers service issues so be patient. I have been waiting behind this car 30 minutes.

Best car wash around. I suggest buying the fast-pass. If you make time to go and get a wash at least 2x a month, it pays for itself. You pull up and the machine scans your pass immediately. Its awesome.

Not sure Im getting my moneys worth. Love bug season, they should offer the treatment. They took away the buffer, so Im still paying the same amount monthly for what in its place. I was told by one employee the blow drying, well I got that anyways. Joke

Newly open...figured Id give em a try. I want disappointed at all. My cars came out nice and glossy. The mat cleaner is very convenient and easy to use and the vacuums are really powerful.

Monthly membership was definitely worth it. I can get my car washed everyday if I want to. This is absolutely wonderful since my family loves outdoor adventures.

For $10 and up, you can clean the whole car inside and out. By yourself of course. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

This car wash would get 5 stars if the had towels for drying. Other than that, this is a great carwash.

Witnessed an employee being scolded because I requested assistance with my mirror. Neither of us were aware about the policy however the man who decided to yell at the young guy was out of line. Pretty rude service all around honestly. Ill continue to drive to my preferred location.

The most expensive wash they offer didnt get the back glass or rear of the car clean like any other car wash Ive been through . If these companies can figure out how to get the entire car clean they will always have a lot of business . The rest of the wash was fairly good and the tire shine looked good .
