Visited this location this Saturday and receive the worst customer service ever. Gentleman in drive-thru Lane informed me that I cant have two car wash stickers on my car and begin to remove it however it was stuck on and told me to pull around. Went through the wash pulled around as instructed only to have the manager tell me that they were too busy to remove the the sticker that they were responsible for attempting to take off. Should have just left the sticker where it was and instructed me to come back before removing. Poor service and even poor professionalism from the store manager who just brushed us off as if it was his car. Canceling membership will never come back again😡

Best carwash Ive ever gotten. Love that they gave me towel for the inside of my car, and made sure the outside was dry. Was a super hot day and the staff worked their butt off.

They have a great monthly deal, and even though they raised the price to $24 you cant beat it as you can wash your car up to 15 times per month. I dont make it there that many times but considering the price of 1 wash, Im still making out. The powerful vacuums are my favorite as I take my car to the beach alot and the sand gets everywhere when my kids are popping in and out of the car all day.. Plus you get a towel and airfreshner with every wash. The guys and sometimes a gal do a great towel dry afterward, be sure to tip them!!

Did a great job on my truck and the manager even took care of my truck because I came in at closing. Very happy

The owner of this carwash made his 15-year-old employee walk by herself 103rd street because she isn’t vaccinated against Covid. She wasn’t informed she needed to be vaccinated to work there. She wasn’t feeling well due to an ear infection and he told her to leave the premises. A FIFTEEN YEAR OLD GIRL ON 103rd STREET. Completely unacceptable abs I will never visit this business again.

The owner of this establishment since my 15 year old female family member off the premises to a RaceTrac gas station after stating that she was dizzy and numb and that her mom was coming to pick her. He stated that he valued his safety after lecturing her about the covid-19 vaccination. He valued HIS safety but not the safety of the MINOR child that is working. You sent her away from the safety of her job to a has station where she could of been kidnapped. ANYTHING could of happen to her. I will NEVRR be going here again. And everyone I know WILL hear about this.

Payment goes up and the same service just removed towels and fragrance and bring it back tire shine.

Quick trip through, good wash, car was hand dried after wash. Vacuums had good suction are crevice style, and they have compressed air to get water out of crevices and mirrors. Overall Great experience!

I subscribe to the $20 a month unlimited. car wash they offer. I get very tired of when I go through the car wash, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. I sit there waiting and waiting while cars pile in line in front of me. The staff is friendly, and the value is good, but it’s annoying not knowing whether or not the bar is going to open when I come through. One it happened and the employee scanned their card and it opened, once it was because my card was never charged for the subscription so I had to pay (using the same card my subscription is supposed to be charged to) to have it opened. Please do better. Ultimately I would just like to know it’s going to open when I pull up! I have three subscriptions on 3 different cars, but only have problems when I go through with one car. They’re all charged to the same card. (Supposed to be)Edit: your reply sounds great. It’s easy to blame it on the bank for this time, but the previous time less than a week before? What happened that time because I was asked to “update the card” this time. I wasn’t asked to update the card last Saturday.

I like how clean my SUV turned out. Its a Chevy Suburban and white so when i saw the finished product when getting ready to vacuum i was quite impressed. Will definitely think about becoming a regular.

This works for me when I just want it washed but its not a detailed clean. My car still has bird gifts on it after getting a Brilliant Wash.

Car wash has typically been decent, but theu start to really slack when bjsiness picks up. Paid for tire shine and wipe down and they only partially shined my tires and missed a few spots on the wipe down.

Was so impressed with the cleanliness of it all. The customer service was outstanding and the vacuum areas offered little extras that sent it above And beyond then any other self serve car wash place Ive EVER used. The sweet guy who directs your car even saved me money by suggesting monthly car was package. Which Was only $3 more then what I paid for just one wash. Thank you for a great care wash experience. Wont go anywhere else!!!!! ( And this is a bit farther from my home)

The brushes left strings and such on my car and then it was dried in😟.. there were a bunch of water marks and I paid for the deluxe.. the bugs and all were still on Bleu🥺😟 But the customer service was fantastic

First time washing my car in about 6 months, found this car wash on 103rd and I was truly impressed by how nice the employee was when you first enter the wash and they even give you a free towel and a free air freshner for your car.. You cant beat the prices for a quick car wash ..

Fast and easy, price was definitely very good.Unfortunately the quality of wash isnt great, it doesnt actually scrub or remove debris off. If you used this regularly it would probably be much better.

Please dont use this company. Im here on a Thursday morning for a car wash as many others are. The vacuums arent working and the staff dont inform u at all. They are taking people money with no warning! About 20 people have came through and paid for a wash and cant use the vacuum at all. Stay away

The best car wash ever

Relatively new place, reasonably priced, offers monthly memberships for daily washes, and the free vacuums are always a plus. The thing I like most about their vacuums is they use a crevice attachment on the hose, which allows for better reach in between seats and also makes it possible to vacuum out cup holders and other compartments. Ive always been happy when I leave.

I didnt really noticed my truck until I got home but the front grill, lights by the sensors, and the bottom of my truck was still dirty. Tires dirty also. I will not renew the membership next month. I will just do it myself

Love this place but the loud music coming from vehicles with profanity and vulgar lyrics is absolutely disrespectful to other members. This must be stopped. We should not be forced to make a special trip home to drop off our children before we come to clean our vehicles just to protect them from this. I believe a clear sign stating this will not be tollarated and 1st offense will result in termination of membership.

Signed up for a car wash pass after I was disappointed in Gate Carwash (expensive always packed meh washing quality). CarwashU Service was amazing! Staff were very nice! Did a great wash on my SUV. Vacuums worked well and they even include glass cleaner at each stall! Glad I purchased a membership. This was my first visit and can’t wait to come back for more!

Even the cheapest wash was effective (only $7) and it includes use of the vacuum as well as window cleaner and an air freshener ☺️ better than spending the same amount at the wash down the street (Duckys) where you wash your car by hand, the vacuums dont work (and its a separate charge) and Ive never actually seen anyone working there.

Good people... its a car wash ... Ive been a member for over a year and when I came out the wash I always heard a sound and I was instructing into the dryer off area but in the past two months they no longer offer that to me so 4 star rating

I will never go back to this car wash again. The car wash didn’t clean my car and it also clipped a huge piece of paint on my car. I don’t recommend nobody to go to this car wash.

Great prices, vehicle was super clean after wash and you get free vacuum, air, window and interior sprays to use. Before going into wash someone directs you through and gives you choice of air fresheners and a disposable clothe to use for windows or interior. Highly recommend!

Its a car wash, not a five star restaurant. Vaccum your car, wash it, maybe top up the air in your tires. Their air fresheners are overpriced though, go to the gas station literally next door for that.

This is the first time I went through the carwash and I got such one-on-one service by the owner Andrew such a nice gentleman. He gave me a quick overview of the system and made my experience simple and the service was great and my car looks amazing I highly recommend them they are much better than zips
