Staff is friendly but service is slow.I scheduled an appointment for a simple oil change, check fluids and tire rotation. I also asked if they still washed and vacuumed the car, and was told they would.My car wasn’t looked at until an hour, because they were behind. There appeared to be only 2 other people ahead of me, based on the number of guests in the waiting area.Then, another hour was needed to complete the routine service request. Also, the car wasn’t washed.I didn’t say anything about it at the time because I had other errands to do for the day. But, seems pointless to make an appointment if it takes 2 hours to complete a routine service.

I purchased a new car less than a year ago. The first issue I had took two, all day, service appointments to get sorted out. The latest issue is a horrible sound coming from my tire. When I brought my car in for an oil change, I asked them to look at the tire. They claimed they could not hear the noise, even though I recorded a video so they would know exactly what was happening. (However, no one was interested in listening to the video). The minute I drove it out of the service lot, the noise was apparent. I brought it back the next day to get it looked at again. After another, all day, service appointment, the service rep said he found a hairline fracture in the hubcap, and moved it to a back tire. Now, instead of a horrible tire noise from the front, I have it in the back. Why they wouldnt just replace the hubcap is beyond me. I also have a tire gauge light that refuses to go off even when I fill the tires (I also mentioned this in my very first oil change). Now, the carpet is already falling apart in the back seat just from a few vacuums. I have 15k miles on this brand new car, and am dreading bringing it back in for what is sure to be several service days of getting my issues sorted out, finding rides, and begging service folks to take the issues seriously. It feels like Im still driving my old 18 year old Toyota Echo! Be aware that making a service appointment means nothing, since you will wait all day anyway, and they may or may not even look at your issue. Plan on several appointments to get anything accomplished. I understand that it takes time to figure some of these things out, but they either need to hire more people, plan their appointments better, or start giving out some rentals, because service appointments are the worst part about owning a new car, which is the exact reason I got rid of my old car!

I went there for regular car service and found scratch in my car after service. Their representative clearly said they will not take any responsibility as they don’t think this can happen in their site. Didn’t offered to even fix the scratch in any way. I understood they don’t care about customers and they made me realized I did mistake taking their service.

Went to pick up the car after service. They had misplaced it. Walked all over the dealership. When we finally found it, they had forgotten to wash it. The silver lining was that they ended up washing it for free as an apology, but still didnt do the interior. That was a confusing couple of hours I wont get back.

Today has not been good Honda day. After my service experience last week, I am back with an appointment and a promised car. I arrive 15 minutes early to drop my vehicle and am told I am going to be picked up by enterprise to get a car. 45 minutes later I ask where my car is and the dealership puts 4 of us in a van to go to enterprise. The driver tries to drop.us at Hertz. Now its an hour Ive been waiting for transportation. And Im waiting outside now for a car. So this story is not over. Im not happy.

Honda avenue provides horrible costumer service. The big boss should not forget they survive in auto business because of costumers.I set up an appointment for oil change filter tire rotation also I have an issue with audio system it goes bank sometimes when I drive on highway, also the brake sensor comes on when I do not have a car in front of me. For safety I wanted the dealer to take a look make sure system in my car works correctly. Advisor stated oil change can be done today but system inspection during the week days. I told him you can keep the car since it is under manufacture warranty and provide me a loaner so I can go to work (I work for health care facility). advisor stated you need to rent with your own money $40.00 day Honda will not provide you a loaner.He asked me if I wanted to speak with Bill service manager. Mr. Bill took me in his office trying to explain why no loaner would be provided. He stated I can bring my car during the weekdays so they can check the system without knowing how long it will take. I asked him loaner should be provided to those owners who are under manufacture warranty. he stated no period buy extended warranty. MY QUESTION IS WHAT IF I HAVE A SERIOPUS PROBLEM WITH MY CAR? THAY WOULD NEVER CARE IF YOU NEED TO WORK. ALL THEY NEED IS PAYMENTS. I decided to do oil change only and take my car probably trade it for a Nissan of Volkswagen since my family and friends are satisfied with services. I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE A HONDA. Honda ARE GOOD CARS BUT WHEN IT COMES TO SERVICE NO ONE CARES.when I picked up the car Bill the manager told me audio system is updated and everything looks good. I asked for totally different problem on what he worked on. I would never recommend service e to Honda avenue. no one takes your concern seriously.This is the second time they give me hard time.I blame myself for wasting 30k on 2019 crv

I walked in ready and willing to buy a car. I was greeted by a delightful salesman by the name of Anton and he walked me through the entire process, which took all of a few hours. Lots of papers to sign, but as long as you do your research and walk in prepared, these excellent folks will make the process quick and painless. They offered me plenty of options with no pressure and I walked out confident that I got exactly what I wanted, for a great price.If you go to Honda of the Avenues, ask for Anton, and tell him Michael sent ya!

Called early in the morning and Bobby Howard answered and set up my appointment. After dropping off the vehicle, saw Bobby and he got my service order ready. Within 30 minutes a shuttle took me home and I got the call early in the afternoon of the work needing to be done. It was a big job and I was told it should be ready by late afternoon the next day. It was actually completed a few hours earlier than expected and the car is driving great. Love bringing my Honda here where I know thats the kind of vehicle they sell anyway. Thank you Bobby.

Took my 2009 Honda Civic there for the airbag recall. They broke the plastic dash panel around my radio, said theyd replace it. Went back to check about the part after a couple weeks, it wasnt ordered. They looked into it and said its a discontinued part, but will try and order one. Its been about 3 months now and no word. So now when I sell the vehicle or trade it in, im going to have eat the damage on my value.You cant test drive the new Type-R either. But Kia will gladly let you try a Stinger or you can even drive a Dodge Hellcat at the Dodge dealers. Makes me weary on doing future business with them for sure.

Terrible service. Had an appointment and after standing for ten minutes was greeted with a curt “what do you need” by a gentleman who should have no interaction with the general public. My car sat for 20 minutes after it was finished. Went up to the person who checked me in to inquire why and was told “I only checked you in, your service rep is Fred. Go ask him. I can’t help you”. Went to find this Fred who I’d never seen or met only to be told that my keys had been lost. Ten minutes later another rep walked up with the keys saying they had been found sitting on a random person’s desk. A simple oil change turned into a nearly two hour waste of time. Needless to say, I will not be back and would not recommend this service department to anyone.
