The 1st picture is before wash, and the rest pictures are after wash.I have been this shop twice. 1st time in summer of 2019, the second time was last week 12/5/2020. I chose the $95 complete interior and exterior wash on 12/5/2020. Overall the service was pretty good but i would not say its great though as there are still many details inside the car were not taken care of (see the pictures). If you are looking for a place to get your car cleaned once a while and you do not want to do it yourself and you are ok to spend about $100, this would be the right place for you.However, if you are looking for a place to make your car become as clean and nice as new, i honestly do not think they are at that level yet. After i paid by credit card, the owner/manager told me that the receipt will be texted to me momentarily, however, i never received that. Although i actually do not need to the receipt to do any reimbursement or what not. But this somehow shows the detail level that the owner/worker is on.

Disappointed, I had a detail performed several years ago with this vender and the experience was good.Returning was a mistake; I specifically requested that no “Armor All” be used on the interior; however the negligent and inexperienced technical applied anyhow- leaving the seats and door panels slick and oily which I hate; not to mention the nauseating smell.In addition, my digital odometer display was scratched; causing irreversible damage which I’ll try to include a photo of.For $95; I anticipated that I’d receive a professional “mini detail” with top rated equipment/chemicals that have minimum or pleasant odor with no slick grease look and feel on the interior.My advise is to stay clear, better detail services out there for less. I wish I had never came and that I didn’t have to stare at the scratches or smell the armor all or sit on the once supple, but now slick leather seats.

I showed up at 3:20 to get my car washed and they told me NO because they wouldnt have time to finish before 5. They have no last car time. They just decide when they want. I drove 25 minutes to get here. Im furious. Wont come back.

Great service!! I was greeted right away and it took 5 minutes to tell them what I want and they got right to work. I got a full detail and when I came back, they went through every inch of the car with me to make sure I was satisfied. There were some deep stains in my seats and center console that are now gone, and my gear shift and dash were VERY dirty and they’re now spotless. I checked all side doors and under my seats and they were spotless as well. Would definitely recommend especially if you’re already in the area and have some shopping to do. Very well priced for the quality of work done and very convenient location.

Super great service! Josh was very helpful in recommending a service that best fit my vehicle and what I needed. They met and exceeded my expectations. The wait wasn’t very long considering the quality of wash and detail they provided, I was able to go eat dinner and shop around while I waited! My car has never smelled so good!

Charged for service not performed. Head rests, rear seat; although, sprayed with cleaner aroma were not cleaned. Will not recommend.

The amount of effort they put in made my 5 year old car look brand new and they did it timely and better than my expectations. I will always come back here for my auto detailing needs.

Very disappointed with this service! I would not come here to get your car detailed. I spent 30 minutes cleaning the dash, vents and floors bc it was still dirty. I waited 3 hours for them to do it, so I was just ready to get my truck and go home! Lesson learned

I came in for an interior detail and got way more than expected. The inside of my vehicle was not in great shape. I dropped it off and decided to go with a full detail to wash the outside but mainly focus on the inside. My car was recently hit and had a huge dent and a bunch of scratches on the side. When I came to pick my car up they had done such a great job the scratches on the outside were gone! The dent was still there obviously but I was shocked and very pleasantly surprised. The inside looked and smelled amazing but I was very impressed with how much had changed on the outside. My hubcaps were scuffed before as well and I had scrubbed them before and barely anything came off, but they weren’t scuffed at all when I got my car back! 10/10 I highly recommend going here especially if you have pesky spots that won’t come off

Dropped my car off Sunday afternoon in very bad condition. Got it back Sunday evening and all of the pet hair, stains, and smell were gone. They definitely took their time and get every little crack, i checked between the seats and in the doors. Josh is super nice and helpful as well! Will definitely be going back.

I love this place. I go once every few months and I am never disappointed. I’ve gone to other detailing places to shop around but they are always overpriced and not detail oriented like Splash. I pay once to get my car full detailed and it stays clean for months!! I have had everything from spill stains to scratches to trash everywhere, they do it all and they do it well!!

Overpriced. I was charged $95 for INTERIOR ONLY and the quality of job was 7 / 10 IMO.

I had 1800 miles of bugs and dirt that a typical car wash couldn’t handle. These guys & girl did an amazing job on my truck. In less than an hour they made it looks new again.

I was in need of detailing and I happened to stop by here at the Town Center on 11/04/20 around 11:50-ish AM just to try it out and see how it was. I thought to myself, with a car as small as a 2017 Miata RF, there isn’t that much work compared to most cars. So I believed that the job could be done very well, I’ve seen many stop by, especially on the weekends, so why not? Payed $135 for the Full Detail with the basic Hand wax treatment. Here are my genuine thoughts with the work done:I’d say the overall job was decent, but perhaps not up to par as I hoped. Being a two-seater, my car only comes with two mats, I believe I found dried shampoo on both, don’t really know what it was, but it was dried up on there, they really didn’t look that clean in all honesty. I found some dried spots around the interior too, decided to do a little wipe down and unfortunately found quite bit of black coming off on the towel. There was debris here and there on the floor of the car, as well in the creases of the seats and such, so it seems not that much attention to detail was put in the interior. Leather conditioning on the seats and on the leather trims pieces were attractive, so I’ll give props to that. As for the windows, I found a a couple smudges after inspecting the car for quite a bit, they weren’t huge, but they were there and noticeable. The small back window trim on the inside was not touched, so it was left dirty as it is. The exterior was mostly spot on with a good shine, but I did end up finding two noticeable scratches that I don’t believe were there before really, one on hood, and another on the gas cap. The rear window looks to have streaks of wax or some sort, don’t know if it was applied properly or not, but I didn’t even try to mess with it. Closing in on the bumper, you look lower down where the grill is and there’s quite a bit of dry spots found. Of course, no one’s perfect, and that’s more than understandable, however I thought with a full detail, more attention to “detail” would be given, you know? I guess if you don’t have an eye like me, where you notice all things minor and major, and it bothers you, you’d probably be just fine with the service they provide, maybe even if you’re just trying to look for convenient detailing. As for me, I wouldn’t necessarily say I was fully satisfied, I did leave with a little regret unfortunately, but perhaps that’s just me. At least I tried it.

Beyond pissed. Just spent $100 and waited 3 hours just to be told that the outside wouldnt be touched. If this was told to me to begin with I would of paid to have it done. First, you must have me confused with another customer. When I drove off today I was clearly in a dodge ram. Secondly, your staff should clearly state to a customer what is being done. I believe I told her I wanted it ALL done but my main focus was the inside because of the dog hair. (Clearly why I went to have it detailed). I have had not 1 but 3 companys quote me. So as for your prices youre full of it. Now as for me tipping your staff for being professional and working on my vehicle clearly was my mistake, according to you. I actually told him I would of NEVER had them do it if she told me it did NOT cover the outside. So I complained to him and then online. Best service I’ve ever gotten. The staff is very kind and polite. I have an used car that was super smelly. I tried everything to take the smell out. Nothing worked out until I found Splash. They did the detailed treatment and my car smells like new. Very good place! I highly recommend to anyone!

I had water spilled in my car that sat over the weekend. Go in the next morning and it was like a wet dog in there. My wife surprised me and stole my car and brought it here for a full interior detail. Price was good and was given a certain number of hours to complete it. Well either they under billed how long it would take or something because they took an extra 2 hours to finish it. They did a great job in the end but they really underestimated how long it would take. My wife had a hard time finding two more hours of stuff to keep her and the kids busy. In the end the guy knocked $20 off the total. Would use again but make sure about the time frame.

It was okay. They got me right in on short notice so I was very happy about that. But the car wash was NOT a $60 wash plus tip.

All they use is a pressure washer, degreaser from dollar tree, tire shine, acid for tires, carpet spray for carpets, glass cleaner for windows and a couple soft rags to Clean outside with soap, air compressor and a vacuum but charge you minimum 55$ when in reality it takes 25$ at most Any questions hit me up💯💯tell you it will be a hour but in reality have to wait 3hours

We left our car there at 10:45 a.m. and were told it would be ready in 4 hours for a full detail ($150 service), which was a pretty long wait but we had some things to do around the mall, so we agreed. We came back at 2:30 to pick it up and it was still sitting in the same spot, hadn’t even been moved. I understand being busy but a courtesy phone call letting us know they were running a couple hours over the already lengthy timeframe would have been appreciated. Instead we were wandering around with a sleepy toddler only to come back to a dirty car. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Me and my husband have gone to multiple places before that were supposed to do a full interior and exterior job and have done a crappy job. This place on the other hand, knows what theyre doing. We just left very happy. Our car is spotless and looks like when my husband first bought it. Thanks Splash Auto Spa. Definitely coming here every time!

I went to the town center on Friday Feb 24th to pick up some stuff from the Apple Store. I saw this Auto Detail place there and thought, wow! What an awesome opportunity to get my vehicle detailed. I took my BMW M3 there and got a Full Detail on it while I shopped. Eddie and his team did a wonderful job and I will be going back anytime I need my car cleaned. I may even get a membership because they are just that good! Recommended to all!

Very poor customer service. Employees are more interested in talking than working. It took over an hour just to wash the exterior. I was quoted an hour to 1 1/2 hours for a full detail.

I cant say enough about the professionalism of the staff that run this detailing business. They do some amazing work - our vehicle shined like a new dime when we picked it up and before it went in I would admit it was so neglected that they really put some sweat into getting it shining like that. I had black spots all over the hood of my brand new mustang (road work near my house). Splash Eco Auto Spa at the St. Johns Town Center was able to make my baby all shiney and sparkly again. No more black spots! They were friendly and explained the process to me. Ill definitely be coming back.

Had the 85 dollar wash and detail on a 7 year old Ford mustang and escape before selling them and both looked almost brand new. I believe I got more for both because of how spotless they looked. If you need professional and quality work done this is the only place I would go to. - Joe

Took my Ford Raptor to them. They are very professional and hard working. My Raptor looked like it came out of the show room. If you need a quality detailing I suggest you go to Splash.

Extremely overpriced for the service you receive. They are nice when they take your keys however when you get your vehicle back things are MISSING out of your glove compartment. I would caution anyone using this shady car spa while shopping. STAY AWAY.

I seen this one guys comment on here that is totally not true. this is the best car detailing in Jacksonville. Hands down they were very professional and the nicest people I have ever dealt with. Sounds like he is one of them people you just cant satisfy. I recommend this place to everyone you wont be disappointed I promise. Unfortunately we will never go back. Not worth it. Spent over $100 and received our truck back with bugs still all over the bumper and side mirrors and the interior doors were wiped down half-fast. Im shocked they were okay with handing our truck back to us like that. Thats poor service. When we pointed some of the things out they gladly came over to correct but only exactly what we pointed out. After 30 minutes we had enough. They should have offered to take the truck back and give it another quick look-over. Decided against bringing our 2nd vehicle. We went to Duckys on Baymeadows and recd a better car wash for 1/2 the price. Customers are willing to pay the price for good service and convenience but this is not the spot.

Went here yesterday and got a full detail on a car that was quite dirty. They did a superb job and I would recommend them to anyone.

I hated my dirty ass car before I came here. The top-notch crew took my filthy car and made it sparkle. Worth every penny. And, Im not gonna go anywhere else when my car needs some TLC.

Powerwasher had no pressure and the guy with the beard acted like washing my truck was going to be an inconvenience! The young lady with the glasses was trying to work something out but the bearded guy wasnt having it. I really couldnt tell who was in charge.

Here is my HONEST opinion and review of the business. First, one of the young gentlemen working was quite pleasant, the other I did not intereact with, so I can’t say anything about him. I stopped there at exactly 4:12pm to ask if they could do an interior detail on my 2015 honda crv. They were working on a red van at that time and said they can do mine after. “Just leave your car here, it will take about 2 hours”. They said they would clean the interior, indluding a shampoo. I left the car there and went to Target. At 4:59pm I got a call that my car was ready. They worked on my car for less than 30 minutes! Now mind you, my car had no deep stains, pet hair or anything like that, so I figured, maybe they were just really good and fast. I don’t like making people feel bad or complaining, so I paid them $102 and left. When I got home I inspected the car and found the following:1. They only cleaned the front seats, did not even TOUCH the back seats.2. They vacuumed only AROUND the seats, not under nor between.3. They wiped down the dashboard and side console, did not wipe the rest of the car.4. I had moved somefurniture in the car so I got some dirt on the roof of the car and inside of the trunk on the sides, they did not clean any of that.5. My overhead visors where a littly dirty from fingerprints, they did not touch those.(i wiped them down when i got home and it all came right off)6. Stick shift is normally the dirtiest thing in our car, from dust and sweat, residue builds up fast. They did not clean mine. Again I cleaned it myself when I got home.All in all, what I got was a $30 interior cleaning that scrubbles accross the street offers. Not even that, Scrubbles actually vacuums ALL of your car AND give your car refreshers.What is done is done, I will finish cleaning the interior myself and take my car somewhere else for a good exterior detail. I will not be going back to Splash.Again this is just MY experience. I am sure they have different employees who do different leverls of quality work, I was just not lucky enough to get those employees.

Warning!!!! These people are not professionals! I asked for the full Internal detail job for $85 and i got ripped off. some things to keep in mind; I drive a new car that is in excellent interior condition with no defects on carpets, leather, or dashboards. Leather was spotty and dry, they did not clean underneath the carpets, carpet shampoo job left my carpets muddy and wet, dashboard were dry and dusty, air vents were dusty, mirrors and the glass were not cleaned properly. I informed the lady in charge and she saw for her self that the job was not done and redid the entire car and made me wait for another 20 minutes out in the cold. The entire job took less than an hour. I asked around Jacksonville and found out that any professional detailor companies take at least 2 hours to finish the inside of the car whether it is clean or dirty. I also saw the product they use for cleaning and they are sub-par. Please, If you value your money like I do, do yourself a favor and clean it your self or go elsewhere. Upon payment, the lady asked if i checked the car and what i thought so i replied with Its better than before to be nice but i was not satisfied with the service at all!! I was not satisfied and she was expecting me to pay the full price! I hope this review reaches someone before they take it down for honesty!Update;Owner has blocked from Facebook and was pressuring me to take my review down. He threatened to block me and told me that I am not welcome there anymore. Owner claims that he washes over 200+ cars a month yet he only has 17 reviews on Facebook and they are all 5 stars...Also, Im 22, I have a Job, responsibilities, and Im a full time student so Im not sure why the owner is calling me a kid...

Left car for interior & exterior clean. Was told 2 hours. Walked the Town Center and came back exactly 2 hours later. The car hadn’t even been touched. We left.

I drive a 2014 Jeep Sahara, I recently took it off roading and got the engine bay real dirty, I was a little concerned on using a pressure washer on it due to the fact that it can potentially cause damage to the electronics and hoses of the engine, so I got the Jeep to these guys and they made look as good as new. 100% would come back
