Wayne & Carine are wonderful. Great change from the nightmare company we changed from. Checks are either a day early or right on time. Any question I have is answered right away. The follow up from Matrix is not what I expected, very thorough. What use to take me 30 (yes 30) emails to my last leasing company to get payroll right is now down to 1. Tried getting in contact with these people since my former employer is holding my paycheck, have been waiting for 2 days for contact on how to get my paycheck, and still havent heard anything back from them. Absolutely ridiculous.
