Good experience until it’s not. Have been a Eliot merchant customer for several years and was happy so far until just recently. We own a hair salon and had to make a choice to stop their services to accommodate our CRM and Point of sale software. When called to request the termination of services, we learned that somehow, a sales rep had gone by the Salon a few months back to “review” our agreement and lower our charges. The rep reiterated that everything was staying the same and we would just benefit from the lower rates in the coversions. Fast forward 4 months and what he truly sneaked in is a 3 additional years commitment, and if we want out, we are facing a $495 fee. I see this practice as an awful example of how to treat loyal customer. The $495 doesn’t represent anything but a way to punish you for doing what a good business owner does, adjusting and enhancing the customer experience to meet the demand of the market. What is the purpose of a long term contract if your service are supposed to be top notch. When asking the customer retention rep, I can’t get the name of the rep who misrepresented the “agreement” and was even discouraged to speak with a supervisor to review the situation. I left my phone number and ask for a manager to reach out. I have my fingers crossed.Resolution update: 24 hours later, 2 separate Eliot managers reached out to us, Listened to the facts and we were able to find a reasonable solution to our situation. I understand sometimes things happen in business, and what/how we step up to resolve the situation is what ultimately makes the difference. Very happy with the response and how Eliot Management stood up to do the right thing for the right reasons.

I had a very bad Experience with ELIOT Management Group customer service and Sale Development Leader who tried hard to get me to try the service, I was lied to about the fees and was told no contract.then they says if I cancel the old company they will pay for cancelation and the other fee. after I canceled Mr John Bova disappears. Have tried to contact Mr. Bova in regards to it numerous times and no response. paying $3 to $15 less its not worth your time to call this company every other week.

I was lied to about the fees and was told no contract. Told customer service to cancel account but they cant because Im in contract. The one I was told I could stop service at anytime by Michael and his supervisor.Have tried to contact Michael in regards to it numerous times and no response. Meanwhile Im being charged $24 a month and not even using the services!Run!! Stay with your current credit card companies!

I have got to admit I was thinking all these processing companies were the same and all used the same tricks... so glad I was wrong. My retail store is now paying literally half of what we were before with Vantiv. We are very happy!

Be careful signing up! There is a $495 canceling fee not from Eliot Management Group, but from the Merchant Bank. They promise you will not be charged from them if you cancel! That is not what Rates and Fees from the Merchant Bank agreement form. This form is an agreement between you and the bank not with Eliot Management Group, so how can they promise something without control of the Merchant Bank?The monthly fees do not seem pleasing to me and adding annual fees too. If the Eliot Group Management (EGM) is making money on transactions then why sooo many monthly fees? Paying the monthly fees every year can make them over $480 plus annual fees $95. Think about it why is there cancellation fees and fees on top of fees!!!!!
I had to put a star just so I could leave a review, otherwise, 0 stars. This company is highly unsatisfying and are only out to make a sale. The pos system is nothing more than a p.o.s. A Texas instrument calculator would be a better tool and far cheaper. Promises of its Amazing features and the improvement of a much older pos system were all false. The older one- aloha- has more capabilities than a newer top of the line version. Pretty pathetic. I was charged $495.00x2 (I have 2 restaurants) just to cancel after using it only a week and a half at only One restaurant . My employees were on the phone with the technicians more than they could get to their customers. Elliot management group promised to have several glitches fixed and minor features added and failed to show improvement. They are nothing more than shady car salesmen selling pretty lemons. Please do not fall for their gimmicks, it is nothing more than a mere headache.
