I wish I could give this company a 5 star review however I can’t. I will say that the customer service was amazing & my pallets were delivered the same day. I realize now after purchasing 4 recycled pallets and paying over $100 the wood on most is not usable for my project & I will now have to purchase new wood.

Robert is an excellent Sales Rep, who is en-tune to our needs. Whenever there is any issue he addresses it head on immediately. We need more companies like Pallet Consultants to help make America respectable again. We have always been great.Continued Great Service

Sign out front say; We buy pallets. Well I found out the hard way that they dont buy from anyone off the street. Your sign is kind of misleading.

We are a small company that didnt needed something very specific, they went out of their way to make it happen for us. The staff was very friendly and kind, and the process from order, payment, and pick up was seamless and simple. We will be using them again. More commercial suppliers should be this kind.

UPDATE!!!! This company is AMAZING & I AM SUPER HAPPY WITH MY NEW PALLETS! After speaking to Debbie at Pallet Consultants & explaining to her that the pallets I received last week, I would not be able to use 2 out of 4 due to the deterioration of the wood. Debbie stated she would Forward my concerns to Robert and have Robert get in touch with me. Within 15 minutes of my conversation with Debbie, Robert contacted me. He apologized for the inconvenience and literally delivered a stack of brand new pallets to my home within an hour!! I am truly so grateful to Debbie and Robert from pallet consultants & my experience with this company has been nothing short of phenomenal!! Their response time as well as their consideration and respect for their consumers is outstanding I’ve never seen anything like this!!!!I would love to give them a 5 star review due to the excellent customer service I experienced as well as the same day delivery they provided however I can only give 3 stars. I’m giving 3 bc I explained that I was designing a furniture piece out of the pallets & I needed 4 pallets in excellent condition that were heat treated. I bought recycled ones bc I have dumpster dived in my past & found pallets in excellent conditions. Due to COVID19 I was Leary & felt it was in the best interest to buy this time due to this piece being made for my daughter who still lives in my home. When the pallets were delivered, I looked over them quickly & thanked the delivery driver. I just loaded them in my garage & didn’t inspect them as I should have. I received a call asking if I was satisfied with the service & I said yes. They asked if I could please give a review and I said yes. That was last week and I just took my pallets out of the garage to start working on them & to my surprise I only can use 2 out of the 4 bc the conditions of these pallets are deplorable and the wood framing is completely rotted out so bad that the screws fell out! I spent $120 for these & to be honest, I could have spent less at Home Depot on new wood for less. I wish I could attach photos to show you but I can’t.
