Would give ZERO stars if I could. The physicians are fine people, but the business itself is not at all interested in patient outcomes. They are in it just for the money and their policies reflect that. The medical care is good, but the way they treat you afterwards is the exact opposite. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I had a very positive experience at Bio-Research Lab. Both women were very friendly and efficient. No wait time. Phlebotomist was Great. I didnt feel a thing. ( And I hate needles!) Made me feel very comfortable and cared for. My results were ready in a couple of days! My family and I will have all our Lab work done there from now on.

Excellent turn around and service

Never got results back on test. Sent 4 emails and called 2 times. Very unprofessional.
