Definitely Recommend. Living in your home during a kitchen remodel is no ones idea of a good time. We lived through it with the help of the Taylors. They listened to what I wanted, made helpful suggestions and in the end I have a fantastic kitchen. Their pricing was extremely reasonable and they were always in contact. Im happy to verify my review with anyone who has questions. Honest and hard working. You really wont find a better company.

I had Thomas order a kitchen for me. He worked with us on the design and satisfied all of our requirements. In other words we got exactly what we wanted! They were great! We are now planning 2 kitchens that we lost to Florence and we are looking forward to working with Taylor Cabinets again.

This is one of the MOST unprofessional companies I have ever dealt. The son is RUDE and argued with me about the product I wanted, insisting it would not work or look good even though I am an experienced designer. After agreeing to what I want and giving me an estimate, they proceeded with installing cabinets and not only did they NOT put in the cabinet I had ordered and asked for, they put in the cabinet he had insisted I use. Without my consent. I had to pay someone to remove that cabinet, buy a replacement cabinet and pay someone else to install it. Then, they charged ME a $150 freight fee because they did not have the enough of the standard countertop they always keep in stock. This should have been a cost THEY ate for doing business and not keeping in enough stock. I asked at least TWICE when I was called for payment, to please send me an ITEMIZED invoice as I refused to pay for the cabinet they installed against my wishes. I received my FIRST invoice (of ANY kind today ) along with a threat they would put a lien against my home if not paid. And it was NOT an itemized invoice but a final figure with no breakdown whatsoever. I do not understand why this company has been in business as long as it has with the kind of service they provide. They need to learn that the customer is right, and learn some manners about professionalism as well. I would NEVER suggest this company to anyone.

My review is based only on the assistance received with my laminate countertops. I purchased two countertops from Surplus Warehouse here in town and did not feel comfortable trimming the tops myself. I looked up Taylors website and found that they offered cutting for the do-it-yourself person. I called and was told they could take care of it that afternoon so I loaded up my 12 ft and 6 ft countertops and made the trek. Took no more than 15 mins and I was back on the road home to install. Thank you very much!

Worst experience ever with a cabinet company. Im a contractor and do most of my work with custom cabinet companies. I used this company because of convenience to the job and they were the only company that did lower end countertops. My first concern should’ve been the fact that I had to pay in full before they would order the top not the customary deposit, they cashed the check immediately. After waiting a week and a half they called me and told me the top I ordered was no longer available and we had to pick another top. So on the 5th week of a 2 1/2 week deadline my tops finally came in and were installed. And thats where the fun starts. I had a template made for the spots where the holes were to be drilled they still drilled them in the wrong place and when I called the owner he said and I quote “I couldn’t get the drawer out to get the saw dust out so i drilled in a different spot”. Yet there was saw dust all over the floor and countertops from where they had just left after installation. I called and told him about the problem and he said what do you want me to do? Told him to just fix it and he said he couldn’t. I told him to order a new one and make it right and he refused so now we are going to court and i am replacing the top from a more reputable company out of my pocket. I also intend on reporting them to the bbb. Don’t waste your time or money with this company.
