Pillar construction has built 3 homes for us and the experience has been fantastic. Good quality, timing and communication. And unlike one post said, I researched their Florida license and they are fully licensed.

Not only did we hire Pillar Construction to update our old tired house to get it ready for sale, but we hired them again to do work in our new house. They did a great job updating the fireplace and putting in new wooden floors. They also did work on my parents house. We highly recommend Pillar to all our friends and family.

Pillar worked with us to re-design and renovate a mid-1900s beach house in Neptune Beach. They work hard, pass town inspections with little to no hassle, and left us with a house that came out better than we expected.

Pillar Construction completed a small renovation for us involving painting kitchen cabinets, new bathroom vanities, sinks, faucets, quartz counter-tops, tile, carpet and paint. Our house turned out great and the job was quick. All subcontractors showed up when we were told they would and cleaned up after themselves. We were very satisfied!
