After interviewing several contractors, we hired RR to take two small bathroom rooms and create one large bathroom with a wet room (shower and tub). They listened to what we wanted, advised us when necessary, were excellent with communication and project management. It’s the best home renovation experiences we’ve had and with a fixer upper home, we’ve hired and fired many contractors. We will be using RR for our next project and are happy to find someone who can take our vision and make it into reality.

We had our Kitchen remodeled earlier this year with RR Construction and His Crew and we absolutely love it! We worked with Raphael to design our new space and he was easy to work with. We decided to change the original design, but that was no problem. The timeline for work completion was accurate and there was clear communication throughout our project. Called this company to get a quote to remodel a pantry. The guy came, literally took one picture and left. Didn’t ask me any questions. He was there for less that 3 minutes. Told me he would give me a quote the next day. He didn’t. I text him to remind him. He told me he would get it over to me. He didn’t. Haven’t heard from him since. It literally says on the website, NO JOB TOO BIG OR TOO SMALL. Pick and choose their customers I guess.Update 9/24/2020: Owner never called me. We never even spoke on the phone. All through text. You could have just told me the job was too small. Instead led me on. This is my honest review of my experience with your company.

It can be intimidating to trust and hire a contractor. Hopefully this review helps to make your choice a little easier. The most important point is Raphael communicated what was going on-and yes, i ask a lot of questions. He patiently explained the job scope and we arrived at a fair price. It was fair, because i also had 4 other quotes-Raphael really came thru in a very short window of time. Whole house, upstairs and down, flooring installed- worked thru the weekend to get it done. Crew was also very nice and hard working. I will give my referral for his services to others and will use again in the future. Thank you

We hired RR Construction to install new bamboo hardwood floors in our home. A few weeks after the installation, the floors began to buckle and popped up. We contacted them to discuss the issue and were told the product was bad. We then contacted the manufacture and they requested we hire a third party independent flooring inspector to review the issue; however, the flooring inspector found that the flooring was not properly prepped thus causing the issues. We called RR Construction back with these results and were told it wasnt their fault and to file a claim with their insurance. After about five months discussing the issue with their insurance company we were told they didnt have insurance for this damage. We were therefore left to our own devices to reinstall new flooring (to the tune of $25,000). Luckily we had hired them through Thumbtack and Thumbtack found them liable and gave us part of the money to fix the issue. We are still out over $15,000 due to the poor flooring installation. I highly recommend you look elsewhere when hiring a contractor.

Highly recommend for any job! Rafael and his crew have completed multiple projects/improvements around our home, both big and small. Rafael is knowledgeable and explains options very well. His goal is to make his customers happy and we have been thrilled with his work! On time and cleans up job site as well.
