Friendly, cheap, and lovely atmosphere. Im afraid to say this, but it aint never been busy when I go to get my haircut. The price ($10.00) is reasonable and competitive with every other barber nearby. The only negative thing is its cash only. However, plan in advance and Youre good or just go next door to Dempsey and use the ATM.

If you want a down home feel with friendly people that care, along with a great cut, here is the place to go. I’ve been here since I’ve been stationed here 5 years ago, and I will tell you Roscoes is the only place that still does a razor fade, is great with cutting children’s hair, and has an honest price without anything extra, and the only place I will go. I recommend this place to anyone. 👍🏼

Im from south florida, been to a lot of barbers, let me tell you, this guy can cut! I have thin as heck hair and wear a fauxhawk inspired longer on the top and faded up from a 1 on the sides. Really hard to do and get to look right. My wife and I are thinking this is one of the best haircuts Ive ever had.

Actually Im not sure how the services is because well. I went there at 12:00 pm on a Thursday and the doors are locked, walked next door and asked if they knew what time they open, and they said they think 1pm. At 1pm I call no answer, and call 4 more times in 20 minutes with no answer. No hours of operation posted anywhere. Bad business in my opinion.

Cheapest haircuts around Richlands. They do a great job on military cuts and they also cut childrens hair. We only go to Roscoes!

Was recommended this place and by far the worst hair cut Ive ever gotten. No fade line and missed hairs where I was razored at in all sorts of places. Waste of $8
