We walked in and sat there for 25 minutes and neither of the two girls working acknowledged us. Another guy walked in after us and they didn’t say anything to him either. A 3rd guy walked in who apparently had an appointment cuz the girl walked up to the sign in book and called his name. At that point me and the other guy decided we should sign ourselves in. It was then that the stylist said they were booked for the rest of the night. I couldn’t believe it!! She could’ve said that when we walked in so we didn’t have to sit there and waste almost half an hour with NO ac on top of it. For a fancy place they sure had very poor, unprofessional customer service! At least super cuts tells you the minute you walk in if they have any openings or not. I will never recommend this place to anyone!

The worst hair cut in my life. She really did a mess in my hair. If you don’t know how to cut women hair, please be honest and ethic and don’t do it.

Got my hair butchered, literally going to another barber shop to get it buzzed, by far the worst haircut Ive ever gotten. I would steer clear of this place. Was very unclean and unprofessional.I have to give it a star otherwise I would give it no stars.The place was dead when I walked in, I should have about faced.Only in retrospect, dont be me.

Red head that works there at night even wrote down the guard size and what she did on a card so I could give it to another barber if i came in when she wasnt there. Had an appointment. Was ten mins early. Lady slid me back behind a man who didn’t have an appointment, which would’ve delayed me another twenty mins minimum. She said it wasn’t her fault they scheduled my appointment the way they did because she was the only one in shop. She didn’t honor my appointment. I will not return.

Ive been going here for over 2 years now as they are the only place Ive been that really gets my hair cut the way I want it. The cost is very good and all the stylists have been excellent to work and converse with. Highly recommended!

Sat in there yesterday. For over an hour with one person ahead of me. Redhead girl Sandra Who does a great job cutting hair Would not stop talking to a female customer. Was more interested in socializing then cutting hair. I will not be going back. This is not the first time it has happened to me.

Waited for 25 minutes then it was my turn so I stood up just as someone with an “appointment” walked in the door. The ONE person working said I had to continue waiting because this person had an appointment. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never go here again.

Decent place. Clean. Friendly staff. Just not the Old School Barber that I would have expected. No hot shave. Warm towel on neck with a neckline shave. Beard trim was decent. Overall if your lookin for a classic barber this is not place. But a nice friendly atmosphere with a decent cut.

I’ve been going here for three years after it became too tough to go to my regular guy in NY. They usually do a good job, though sometimes leave my hair too long. However, all I have to do is ask for additional trimming, and the problem is solved. I’ll keep going back until I move out of Florida next year.

My husband goes here and he enjoys the cut, the friendly conversation with the barber, really all are fantastic and the fact that the folks who run the shop know when they peak times are and have ready staff there, is fantastic. My husband says he rarely has to wait for more than 15 minutes to see a barber. The warm towel at the end after your neck is shaved is a great way to end the occasion.This is a great local place to receive a haircut and they also cut the hair of ladies. So again, highly recommended!

Came here to get a haircut for my 1 1/2 yr old son because I heard they do haircuts for kids and toddlers. Maybe I just got unlucky with who did the cut, but she did a really bad job. She left the back shaggy and untouched and just stopped cutting it, saying she was finished. She never asked us if we were satisfied with the cut. She just took off the smock, implying she was all done. My wife and I were shocked. This place looks pretty cool inside, and they probably do great adult cuts, but I would NOT recommend them for haircuts for kids.

I found these guys when I moved back to Jacksonville a couple of years ago and Im so glad I did. Ive had cuts from most of their barbers and have had good experiences with all of them. That said my go-to guy there is Brian. Even when I cant exactly articulate what I want he makes sure I leave looking great.Apropos of nothing Ive had two separate compliments on my haircut today. And its been nearly a month since I was last in the shop! If thats not a testament to Brians work I dont know what is.

I stopped into this shop a few weeks ago while my wife was at a salon getting her hair done. I did not have an appointment but when I walked in there was no one waiting and no names on the list. 4 or 5 employees and 2 people in a chair. I was never greeted or spoken to at any point. Im an understanding person so thinking hey they might be busy so Ill wait a bit.I found a seat in plain sight of everyone in the parlor. I sat there for another 15 mins or more and still nothing!!!! Not a word. At this point a stylist walks in from her smoke break. She walks right by me and doesnt say a word. She goes to cleaning her clippers and still I wait.... after another 5 mins or so I left.Absolutely horrible customer service. Im a great customer and take care of those that take care of me. It just seems that if youre going to claim to be an old school barber you should abide by old school customer service standards.

On Thursday I got the least attentive cut and beard trim I have had in many years. As you can tell by my picture there isnt much to do so this makes it even more frustrating. I gave the barber 3 lengths to trim my beard she trimmed 1. I gave her 2 lengths for my head an she trimmed 1. In and out in 10 minutes (even for me) is just a disengaged and disinterested barber. I was on my way to a lunch meeting so I chose not to waste time and emotion being confrontational. Just live, learn and move on.

We went in to this place because the place my boyfriend normally goes to was booked up completely. He went in for a standard shorter tradtional haircut. We didnt realize how bad it was until about a week later when I noticed a strange little rat-tail still hanging on all along the nape of his neck. I remembered she never asked him to put his head down forward to have a proper tapering. The edges were unclean, finished with a lopsided cut. It was done a little too quickly for my liking as the observer. I felt like I should have scrutinized the cut a lot more.This was only an experience with one of the people there, so we cant say for the rest of them, hence the three stars.

Great staff of stylists. Expect a wait, most days. But its worth it. They are especially good with my kids.

I had a good experience and the lady that cut my hair did a good job

I have been going there for quite a while and am very happy with Barbara cutting my hair.However, on my last visit I was told by Barbara that a woman had called to have a coloring and she was waiting for the woman to arrive. The woman wasnt there which constitutes an appointment.Also, and more troubling, one of the men waiting had a small dog with him in the shop. The dog jumped on the couch I was sitting on and on me, as well as others. The owner of the dog did nothing nor did the staff.I got up and left and wont be back.

We walked in and were next in line, so we assumed we had plenty of time. The blonde barber finished her customer and then walked around talking with the other barber, took a personal phone call, messed around in her purse and generally did anything besides working. We waited for 30 minutes and were not served. We finally walked out. The second star is because the place is well decorated.

Worst experience Ive had with my little ones 5 & 6. They are kids yes and wiggle but very well behaved and the barber threatened to shave my sons hair off if he moved. Not only that but the hairstyles were chopped up, no fade, as if he just graduated school. Very dissatisfied

I called June 29 to see if the would be open Frida July 3. and to make an appointment. I was told by Barbara the didnt take appointments. I spent 2 hours wait, to be told to have color done you have to make an appointment. I explained I tryied to do exactley that. I was prepared to spent $200. Now I wont go back.

Not recommend for military cuts, the barber was hillarious but didnt know how to cut military style hair cut. And this is far from being old fashioned barber shop, false advertisement. However they do give military discounts (ironic)
