My husband has gone here several times and they always do an excellent job on his hair cut. Prices are reasonable and the barbers are friendly.

The only place I will get my hair cut in Jacksonville. Great price for a cut and they never do a bad job, no matter who cuts your hair.

The owners are a true class act. Shantelle and Nate are very attentive to their customers.

2017: Pricing is good and the service is quick, but the one on one interaction is limited due to the volume of traffic.2019: I have continuously used this place through my EAS and can say the the people are friendly and I have never gotten the who the *** cut your hair question. The barbers are both competent, friendly, and quick.

Change a lot, lots of new staff, they are much nicer, and professional, and they dont seems to overcharge anymore.

Im a berber and just started working at Pro Kutz and I do use scissors when cutting hair exp on the top!! And also use a strait razor on the sides. No lines are ever left even with a razor fade. Please give the shop another try and come see the quality cuts that we do.

The barber shop Ive been going for a whole year now. They give great cuts for a low price. They are conviently open 24/7 on Sundays for people coming late on a weekend. The guys in there are pretty cool and respectful. They have TVs having on the wall with the sport channels on and support the military. The best way thing is that every 10th cut is free so you also save money there. There like 2 minutes away from the Wilson gate and around 4 from the main gate.

Great hearcut, not enough staff at times

Anyone that goes to this place stay away from a guy called Mac. This guy double charged my card. Charged me 16 bucks for a $7 hair cut. When I asked for the recipt the guy told me he didn’t have one for me and that was the price they charge everyone. I call over the phone to ask the price he mistakenly tells me the actual price 7 bucks. When I ask why he lied to me he said it was because he thought I was a civilian. He asked me while cutting my hair if I was in the military I told him I was and that my hair was long due to me being on reserve status and was now being put back on Active Duty hence why I wanted a fresh haircut. When I asked to speak to the supervisor he told me that he’d make things right and give me another haircut to make up for the double charge. I texted him and he ignored me and then lied saying I told him I was not in the military so therefore the double charge was justified. I showed my ID card and a guy called Alfe helped me and gave me a haircut Instead of him. This looks like a good establishment but has one crooked guy that’s messing it up for them. I use to go here for almost 3 years on and off never had an issue and never saw a price increase. Be weary when they swipe your card especially if they refuse to give you a reciept. Will never be back again, that guy even had the audacity to call me a liar, tell me he already talked to the manager for me and that she said it was fine that he double charged me.. it’s not even about the money it’s the fact that the service and honesty of this place sucks. This guy is probably the most crooked barber in all of Jacksonville. I hope he reads this review and thinks twice before screwing honest military folks over.

Always fast but not great haircuts all the time. Its normally 10 dollars.

Would give zero stars if I could. I went there this past weekend and the woman that cut my hair did not know what she was doing. She was supposed to give me a high regulation cut. She rushed through it and made my hair line on the left side of my head look like a zigzag. Can’t speak for other barbers their, but do not let the woman that works their cut your hair.
