Excellent quick service. Definitely recommend to everyone. I walked right in got a seat and regrettably had alot for the barber to work with but he did an amazing job.

Definitely one of the few quality barber shops Ive ever been to. The staff are all friendly, talented, and more than willing to work with you until youre completely satisfied with your haircut and wont let you leave with anything substandard. Despite the lowbrow quality of (most) of the town clientele, Headquarters stays true to providing the best barber services possible at outstanding prices.

Excellent service and the best mid-fade military cut so far in town. They even saw me a few minutes early.

My son has been going here since his first haircut at 1 year old and I love this place. Mr. Bennett and Tyrek are really good. Everyone in there are good but those are the two that cut my sons hair.

I could have let my brother cut my hair and it would have came out better. Im growing my hair on the top of my head and wanted the sides shaved. I had a nice line separating the sides and the top, now the hair Ive been growing thats close to the sides is cut due to the carelessness of the person who cut my hair and my line is all choppy because of the hairs that are now way shorter than the rest of the hair Ive been growing. I will not ever go back or suggest this barber shop to anyone,even to someone i dont particularly like. Perfect example of screwing up something simple!

Woman in there completely messed up my husbands entire cut that he has been trying to get for months. As a licensed cosmetologist, a low fade should be LOW not up to the crown of the head. Speaking of fade, the woman left a harsh line completely disconnecting the fade. On top of all of it, after he said she faded it too high and left a line she replied, “I absolutely did not that would be reckless.” Quality should be a number ONE, not just speed of service. Extremely unhappy with the unprofessional experience my husband had to go through.

Weekly go to barber. In before 12 on a Sunday and out the door within 15 minutes with a good cut with friendly barbers and without paying through the nose. The best cut youre going to get north of Huff and the best cut for the price in Jacksonville.

Great fade on the left side. Great fade on the right. Only problem is they werent even close to the same. I got a high fade on one side and a medium on the other and then the barber held the mirror out where I couldnt see. How does that happen at a professional establishment?

Awesome, I went in told them how I wanted my fade and they adjusted to the height I requested.Im very picky and wont tip if Im unsatisfied. Over all it was a great experience. I read the other reviews and was a little hesitant at 1st but the other shops had the same type of reviews.This one really stood out because I read the reviews and on the negative reviews the owner would step in leaving a reply.-Frank

Completely messed up my wife’s hair. The barber did not listen to what she wanted. And admitted that she messed up and that was the reason why she pretty much cut it all off. And still had the nerve to charger her. When it was all uneven. Never again.

The last time I went which was 2 years ago I asked for a high top fade cause I was tryin to grow a box but instead I got a military fade which made me mad.
