Very professional and very welcoming!!! I felt extremely relaxed and trusted that my barber knew exactly what I was asking for after I showed him 2 pictures. This was first haircut in this establishment and I can say without a doubt that they have just earned themselves another client!!! And I would HIGHLY recommend this barbershop to anyone who is interested in looking for a forever barber...or just a fantastic haircut that you can walk out feeling like a new person after!!!

They dont take debit cards,so of course u have to bend over for the atm fees that they conveniently have in the back.2020 dudes run a card on your phones and dont be slizzy with an atm.Oh also they dont wear masks.So good luck bringing covid to your family.

I’ve been going to 1st Impressions barbershop for about 2 years and my experience every time is unmatched. The barbers are all friendly, hand shakes and greetings whenever I come through the door. If my appointment time is 3:00pm then I’m in the chair at 3:00pm! Also, I’m constantly complimented on my hair cuts which come from none other than TJ!

The owner and every other barber is always welcoming and eager to assist clients both new and old! Tj I’m particularly is a GREAT BARBER, I’ve been getting my hair cut by him over 4 years and every time is like the first! Highly recommend!!!

I drive two hours to get to this location, bc we have found the BEST. The service is amazing, the barbers are professional and can have a conversation about anything you bring up. The shop is very clean at all times, even the bathroom! My sons haircut, gets complimented daily and we refer them to 1st impressions. You probably want to schedule an appointment, just to make sure you fit in that schedule. I call a day or two before I arrive. The best part, I have seen Tj cut every type of hair and it’s always art! Truly all the barbers are high quality and well educated. They even have trophies for their talent in the shop from national hair shows. I love it! Loyal customer since 2018.

I’ve been going to see TJ for almost two years—his work is truly excellent! He takes into account Your hair texture, curl pattern etc, and excels in cutting both men and women’s hair. Over those two years he has helped me to find a hair style that works for me. I’ve taken my two younger brothers to see him as well, and both of them loved the experience. Highly recommend!!

I was looking for a new barber and I reached out to TJ, owner of 1st Impressions. From the first time he cut my hair, his professionalism was on point. The shop was very clean, wait time was nonexistent, and the dude is an absolute beast with the blade. If youre looking for a great experience, then check out his shop. You wont be disappointed.

I’m done with this place. I’ve been going here for a few months now and I was going to get a cut as usual. I sat around waiting for a cut, like everybody else did, no big deal. Keep in mind I had to work the next 5 days so it was impossible for me to get a haircut anytime during those 5 days. Then I started to notice everyone who continued to come in AFTER me was going before me. I’m assuming some of them had appointments, no big deal, once again. But I counted 5 people who came in after me and went ahead of me when I was nearly sitting for 2 hours waiting for a cut. On top of that, I noticed a barber sitting around doing nothing for about 45 minutes, then his appointment walked in and he got in the chair instantly. I just walked out the shop at that point.

Mr. Marc Anthony cut my hair today as I spoke to him letting him know that I have had four months of bad haircuts and Mr. Anthony told he is the best, i asked for low fade and got something completely different I ask him not to go high and still he cut my hair to edge of my crown. Very rude very and very arrogant, dude is straight garbage he also tried to hit on my wife tapping her on the shoulder saying I am the best at cutting womans hair 35 a cut. This gentleman provides a family oriented environment, professional conversations, and bar none haircuts that can’t be matched. I would travel 25-30 miles to allow TJ cut my hair! Absolutely Amazing!

First time there and really enjoyed the vibes and conversation. The line up i received was on point and to my liking. TJ was my barber, he is very cool and lead back. I believe I found a new barber in Jacksonville. They didnt look at me any different because I’m a lesbian with a son and wife they welcomed us in with no problem. TJ line up my son and I and enjoyed the outcome. Most definitely a cool guy to support. Keep up the great work TJ

Definitely disappointed with my FIRST impression. I will not be back! I would rate this business less than 1 star. First impressions last a lifetime. It would have been nice to be welcomed into the door, not LGBTQ friendly at all! Dont waste your time, I wish I hadnt. I guess they dont do walk-ins.

Every time I go to TJ he knows exactly what I want, every time I ask for a different kind of haircut he does even better then I imagined.
