She asked me very pointed questions and was very honest with her assessment of how things would go with my case. However, my settlement had me mailing payments each month. Being my first time dealing with settlement payments I was going to mail checks per the settlement. I even asked my attorney and she said per paragraph 2 . Blah blah blah. I made one phone call after being ridiculed by my girlfriend and the collection agency took online and phone payments. They were great but should have done that little extra.

Talia helped me get started on payments from a credit card debt. Bank of America sued me for $4,700 or so, on a 4 year old credit card. I’ve asked multiple people and they have more debt than I did and never got sued. So I guess I’m one of the lucky ones (sarcasm).Anyhow Talia cost me $500 and kept me out of court and from paying court fees. They dropped what I owed down to $3,300. So essentially she saved me $900. Which is a big deal to me. My payments are barely affordable but doable. She got them to agree on $137.50 a month for 24 months until it is paid off.She was extremely responsive usually within 2 hours, and helped me understand everything. She is very nice and communicates very well. If you’re looking for a debt lawyer I’d definitely recommend her.Thank you Talia.
