Keith is great and what made me go with him is the fact that before I ever hired him to file my bankruptcy, he told me what to do to stop the wage garnishments on my own. Every other lawyer told me that once I hired them they could get the wage garnishments stopped. I love the fact that he told me what I could do on my own until I was ready to hire him. He’s awesome!

So my husband and I file bankruptcy last year and starting off because it’s an emotional drain my attitude sucked but Rebecca was amazing and when it came down to us meeting Keith he was real nice and funny and helped us to understand it wasn’t the end of the road. Started out good but went bad quick never could get answers. Dont feel like i was represented properly and never could get answers. Tried emailing him to ask why im still receiving letters and no response. I have asked multiple times to call me or email me or my wife and no response. Feel like he didnt care. I think the legal fees were too high. Needed help with modification but to no availI went to another law firm out of Jacksonville Florida and was greatly satisfied that the paralegals and attorney was able to negotiate a new better modification .So happy with the outcome. I think I will do more fact finding before I use a attorney in Jacksonville

My experience with Keith Collier & Associates was great! I called Mr Colliers, office with the intentions of filling bankruptcy. His staff was very professional, prompt with returning all of my calls within the same day, ensuring my understanding of the process and precedures and they were very courteous throughout the entire time. I cant thank his staff enough for taking the opportunity to listen to my concerns and reviewing my debts thoroughly and providing me with a better solution which allowed me to avoid filling bankruptcy only to find a better solution that allowed me to settle with my creditors with an amount that would not place me further in debt. Now that my bankruptcy is over I feel safe writing this. Do not waste your money with this crook. Keith Collier put me in a worse situation than I was in. He could of simply told me that I make too much money and that I should settle my debts. Instead, out of his own greed, he filed a chapter 13 for me without discussing what my monthly payments would be. He would get upset anytime that I would ask questions or ask for advise. Finally, after about 8 unnecessary payments of $1400 towards bankruptcy court, I scrounged up enough money to satisfy the bankruptcy on my own. It got so bad that he kept telling me to send money to the court and he told me that I am on my own if I dont listen to him. Finally, I called the court and he was misleading me the whole time. Save yourself the time and do some research and take this review very serious.

Run! Guy is a train wreck. Had to file Chapter 13 twice when assistant disappeared for 2 weeks and first was dismissed. Charged us again another 1375 for the 2nd regardless. Then allowed us to go 27 months out of 60 paying 2500 per month to discover mortgage company never filed claim and payment went to 3900 and we lost the house. Worse than worthless! A $60,000 mistake!

Going through Collier firm was the biggest mistake I made. Dax, the atty there, is a liar and sorry. First, he lied about being able to get back what was already being garnished,not only did he Not do that, I had to get the garnishment stopped myself, which was 3 weeks after I filed with them . I litterally had to contact the garnisher and inform them of my chapter7. And worst, (which I consulting on possible lawsuit,) during our consultation, I stressed on making sure my car will Not be included, which he implied it will Not be, and that he will submit some form to the financer of my vehicle to have it excluded. Needless to say, he did Not do it, and now im stuck with a bankrupt car with no credit behind it. Even though I still give them payments, my car is a bankrupt vehicle. When I called to complain to the Collier firm, I was informed that Dax is no longer there and that they have had complaints on him, especially telling people he could recoop what was garnished .
