Nothing but issues after buying a car from them. Car at this point is a hunk of useless metal after only 5-6 months from a bad transmission and motor.Review the low ratings and buy a lemon at your own risk. All the 4-5 star reviews in such a short amount of time is a tactic businesses use to drown out real reviews from unhappy customers. They clearly arent afraid to scam people and sell you a bad car.

Almost 2 months after I bought a Scion from these people, and I had to replace the entire transmission and shifter cables which cost me roughly $3200. After I called their service department and told them my predicament they told me in so many words basically to get screwed. I’m writing this as I sit on the side of the road five months after My purchase With an obliterated engine. These people are selling snake oil. Go elsewhere.

Great salesman and peppermint patty was extremely nice as well. Ive used the service department which was also great. Ive previously gave them 5 stars but that has since changed. Ive never heard of any car lot that wont let you be late on a payment. Emergencies happen, but it seems as if they dont care. She basically talked down to me and gave me a riot act about what was in the contract and told me I have to make some kinda payment. Never been late not once and they act like its a crime that I cant make one payment. Definitely wasnt impressed with that and a huge downside for me to what is other than that had been great experience. I hope she never experiences bad times in her life.

Talked to Paul and were texting back and forth about a Chevy 2500HD. So I rushed to get back home from work and headed straight up there. They said it wasnt ready and that it was being detailed and they call me the next day around noon. I texted Paul again the next day and asked to let me know when it was ready. He then texted me back and said someone bought it. Very bad business. I was going to buy it and they sold from underneath me. So I went somewhere else and bought a truck. Definitely do NOT recommend. Theyre liars.

I bought a 2009 minivan town and country from the salesman David. As soon as I started looking in the parking lot he was there to greet me. He did not pressure me at all to make a. Sale. Well they wanted me too give them a review.well I am March Motors.about three week ago you sold me a Nissan Frontier.and the sale guy was name David.well I come in with cash and they sold me a mess up Nissan truck.so were do I began.well the heater cord was never check by them and never fix. still going to have pay for that too be fix.the mechanic I took it too. said that going be like 300.00 Or 400.00 too fix it cause you have too take the hole dash off too get too it.then the rims have special lock on them so if I would were too have a flat you would not be able too change it.cause you need the key too the rims.and when I ask the service guy that day over the phone he said if there not in the truck then I would have too buy my own in order too be able too get too the lug nuts.and the charger port was not plugged in the back too be able too charge your phone.so that coast me too.and the cruise control didnt work had too get that fix.and the glove box was hanging off too the side that had too be fix.then the back cargo lamp was out that had too be replaced.also the drive shaft barreling was bad.so that had too be replaced.so I just thought since Im paying cash and Im a first time customer I wouldve been treated better.but all Im saying people if you go up there too one in the Regency area.be careful what your looking at and buying.bring a mechanic with you or a friend that knows about cars cause other wise they will get you too.Becareful with these sell menFolks.

My boyfriend went online looking for trucks and found a place called awesome car sales well over a two hour ride we realized that place was a sham and didn’t exist. We looked across the street and saw some trucks at March motors and decided to check it out. I Purchased a 2005 Buick Rainier, I paid a lot of money for this vehicle when 3 months into it I had issues with this SUV I contact peppermint patty son who had the vehicle repaired. Last then two years later warrant is expired and the transmission is shot I contact the dealership to speak with Ms. Patty and her son intercepted the phone and told me because the warranty has expired and covid-19. I’m out of luck it’s my problem and they can not help me. This SUV WAS A LEMON. I’m sick with not doing my research. So I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. The worst.

Bought a jeep years ago from them. Ac went out the very next day. Brought to a mechanic. Was told the as was broke, an old problem, and whoever sold it must of filled it with freon to make it seem like the ac worked. Probably 5 years ago. Because of that, I will never even glance at a car there..

My husband and i went to the lot. Received no help or greeting at all So we left but i still filled out the credit application online which i assumed was a given as they r famous for their television commercials in which Peppermint Patty yells bad credit no credit we dont care. But we promptly received letters saying our applications were denied for guess what-credit! Their commercials are false advertising and misleading and downright fraudulent . I am calling the local television stations that broadcast these commercials to complain about this false advertising and get these commercials removed. They r lying to the public.

I wish I could give LESS THAN ! STAR, Ill be so glad when I can pay this loan off!!!!! Ive had my truck for almost 2 years.Match Motors will mess up your credit up, they report the loan amount and then wont report the principal amount. I disputed with Equifax and then March Motors corrected the amount, now I have the same issue again, and had my score to drop!!!! I am so FREAKING MAD right! NOW!!! I called and spoke with finance department and she (Karen) going to tell me they had a company they were using to report, and they adjusted several ppl account balance, they had the company to go through and adjusted it back to the correct amount. WELLL HELLO YOU FORGOT MINE!!! The only way mine was adjusted the first time because I disputed it, now I have to dispute the amount, again. She tells me I need to do it again, and I shouldnt have this problem again GUESS WHAT IT SHOULDNT A PROBLEM !!!!!. WHY!!! You should report the account balance CORRECT FROM JUMP!
