Like most, I am not a fan of your stereo typical car dealership. However, after being a customer of Beaver Toyota, I felt very comfortable utilizing the service department of Beaver Chevrolet for my truck. Unfortunately, my last visit would be the last for my truck as the repair was more than it was worth for my 11 year old truck.The team there went above and beyond to take care of me, especially considering I was not looking to buy but rather was almost forced to. I worked with Victor Rodriguez and he was fantastic. He was patient with me as I had no idea what I wanted in a vehicle and again, it was a sudden thing. He never once pushed or rushed me in to it and the entire process was hands down the easiest and best experience I have ever had buying a car. I would recommend the guys at Beaver and Victor to anyone I know who is looking for a new car.

Is great service department everyone is helpful

Too bad the employees were not masked up for the protection of their customers. Mask mandate or not, it is a sign that makes me question how much they really do care about their customers. I dont appreciate them being in my closed car leaving their germs behind that could possibly expose my passengers to COVID, because not everyone is eligible to be vaccinated. But my fault for leaving my car in there care. Im hoping for the best. They do a great job otherwise.
