Extremely satisfied with the service and quality of their work. I was looking at the google reviews and Victors paint shop has the best reviews, and guess what? Everyone was right!! Very happy with the outcome of my Lexus RX. I took it here for just paintwork to fix some touch-up paint in the hood and scratches on the driver fender and it came out really nice just like new again. Also, the best price in town for sure!!

I cant hype this place up enough! I came because of the outstanding google reviews and its safe to say that Robert (Victors son) truly embodies the meaning of a 5-star body shop. I walked in fully prepared to paint my entire front end after a valet scratched my precious new car. And instead of taking advantage of my time of need, he noticed that all it needed was a little buff and the scratches came out. It took him 5 mins and even stood in the rain until he was finished. Then refused to accept my money. If it wouldnt have been weird, I would have offered him a hug. While I hope Ill never need a body shop again, if I ever do, this is the first place Im coming too! Honest, fair, and respectable people!!

Sometimes its nice to just deal with people. Called with a small body repair issue and they told me to come on in. Dropped the car off, they said it shouldnt be too complicated. True to form, a couple of hours later I get a call and its fixed at an extremely fair price with no other hassle. Easiest car repair experience Ive ever had.

I just recently bought a new car, and not even a month after someone hit me and scraped my baby up. I was so distraught about it and just assumed it would be such an expensive repair, I came here and spoke to Lee and he took one look at my car then proceeded to fix it. He just wiped it away, and for free! I was there no longer than 5 minutes, he wouldnt even let me tip him haha, amazing customer service.

Omg... I picked my car up yesterday and was very happy with the outcome. I got in an accident last month. Someone hit me and my back bumper and side door needed to be replaced. I went through my insurance so everything was taken care of. All I needed to do was pay my deductible to them. I tell you my car looks brand new. Everything looks nice like nothing ever got damaged. They cleaned my car out which I didn’t expect but thank you I definitely needed it. I had a damaged blinker light that fell out the socket that was not apart of the damaged and they fix that for free. Not only that when it was time for me to pay my deductible they were able to have me save some money on that. I mean I will definitely be coming back. If you thinking about coming here I’m telling no need to think about it just go ahead and come. Very professional and I am impressed with my car. I will be definitely coming here for any auto body work. Thanks Lee and your staff for getting my car back and running.

Victor’s is the place to do business. I hit my rear bumper on a concrete pillar damaging the bumper and getting paint on it. Went to Victor’s for an estimate and he fixed the bumper and buffed the paint at no charge! This brought me to tears. I was so upset about damaging my car, but my car looks great. I took my Cadillac to Victors for some body work after hitting a deer and destroying my headlight assembly. Lee set it right up for me and ordered the parts, called me the next day and scheduled the repair. It was done on time and looking good. Took my car back to him yesterday for a different minor body issue, he had it fixed for me right away and I was on my way home in 30 minutes.

This place is great and I highly recommend them!I came in with a messed up front bumper. They quickly gave me two estimates for a repair and replacement without me even asking. Victors Body Shop did an amazing job on my car. I have a 20 year old car that was beat up from years of sun damage and scratches. Looks brand new. Not only did they do an awesome paint job but they also fixed my moon roof leak and mounted a rear view mirror. Their customer service is above and beyond. If I could give them more stars I would. Highly Recommended!!!I am at a loss of words when in comes to how grateful I am for EVERYONE at Victors. After an accident, I was left arguing back and forth with the insurance company on whether it truly was a total loss. After a few days of searching and only finding high cost and well-known repair shops, a neighbor mentioned the great work Victors did for his boss and we planned to stop by to get an estimate.Upon arriving we were immediately greeted and taken care of by Robert. He was able to provide me with options and gave me estimates. Of all of the estimates I was provided by all of these other body shops, these estimates were at a lower cost, yet were exactly what I needed and seemed to be worth the cost. I emailed the estimate to the insurance company, and as promised they sent me a check. I knew without a doubt, based on the customer service and help I received on the first day at Victors, that THAT is where I was taking my car to be repaired. I set up a date to take it into the shop and it was taken care of within 7 days as promised.The work done was PHENOMENAL all the way to the small details like the screws even! The car came back looking way better than it did before! The Victors team most definitely went above and beyond to take care of my car. Even taking care of an additional panel. Even before I left the lot, an employee saw that I was leaving and noticed my car was dinged up on the doors and sides (not a part of the repair, just ugly looking) While I was finishing up and paying in the office, he went ahead and took it upon himself to touch up small spots on the car where the paint had come off. Tell me where you can find any customer service like that!I am grateful! The car is back to normal and there are no other folks I would trust to take care of me other than those at Victors. This is what service and work quality is supposed to be like!! Best experience on both and I am picky when it comes to both my vehicle care and what I do with my money. I had a broken mirror, called and got estimate over phone, part was in next morning, Robert called me when it arrived, I took the car in and less than 30 min work was done (looks better than before), had a power window problem, he looked at it, ran out for a motor and had it fixed in a flash. On top of all that with a super friendly attitude and without overcharging me. Best shop in town, wish we had more businesses like this in town. I literally just walked in the door, did not call or make an appointment and was greeted by his super friendly beautiful doggy and family member. She walked me to the front to meet Victor and he immediately acknowledged me and took care of my problem with my van ON THE SPOT. With a shop this busy, you wouldn’t think the service would be this well but it was and I DEFINITELY will be back.

I found Victor’s Body Shop on the web, and decided to stop by there to get an estimate on putting two pinstripes on my new car. Victor Jr. gave me the estimate. So I asked him, do I need an appointment for next week, do I drop the car off, how does it work? He said he could do it RIGHT THEN AND THERE! There are some crazy curves on a Honda. But Victor, Jr. tackled it like a pro! He was professional, extremely courteous and very highly skilled – he even did his own kind of artistic flair and gave me a wing at the back and a cutaway at the front! And in less than 15 minutes! I was truly amazed! The pinstripes are not only much better than I could have ever imagined, but they are way more than I could have ever hoped for! I love my new pinstripes! We recently relocated to the area. I checked reviews and chose to contact Victor’s Auto Body. I called this am and spoke with Lee. My commuter vehicle had the bumper skin come loose and it was pulling off my vehicle - not safe to drive. Lee told me to bring the vehicle over and he’d take a look. He greeted me and then went out to look at & repair the bumper trim. On the spot! Done in 10 minutes and wouldn’t take anything at all for the fix. Wow was I impressed. What a great business. They’ve earned my business and loyalty for the future.

Robert promised a thorough, prompt job making 3 bumper repairs; the result was even better than he predicted. And the Big Bonus was the exceptional price! I will DEFINITELY drive straight back to Victor’s in the future should i require their workmanship..... masterful!

Absolutely phenomenal, first rate service! I had extensive body work done on my mustang and they did a great job! And when they say that you become a part of the family, they really mean it. On the day that I came to pick my car up, they had just washed and waxed it and they did a complete cleaning and detailing of the inside of my car! These are all services that they had no obligation to do, but they simply did it because they are just that awesome. I visited Victors today to get an estimate on repairing a long scratch across two doors. Lee responded to my request, looked at the ugly contrasting paint left by the other vehicle, and scraped some off with his fingernail. Then he sprayed a magic liquid on it and rubbed it clean. WOW! I can still see a slight dent if I look closely, but Lees treatment made my baby well enough that she doesnt need a major operation. Thanks Lee.

My Girlfriend and I have been looking for a body shop that would install an aftermarket front bumper onto her 2018 Ford Mustang GT. After calling several place we were referred to Victors Body Shop. Spoke to Orlando (Im assuming he goes by Lee) Very personable and upfront. I was able to drop off all of the parts needed the week prior and on Monday brought the car over so they could test fit the bumper. I spoke with Patrick I believe his name is and he was pretty freaking awesome. I had asked if I was able to look at the car while the bumper was off to see if there were any other damage that needed to be taken care off. Patrick was very knowledgeable and very personable as well. He showed me everything he was going to do. He also got the car in and the bumper test fitted in a couple hours and even went the extra mile to seal a portion of one of our headlights. I cant wait to see the final product. Would recommend this shop based off my first experience.

Always reluctant to give too good of a review because they might get too much business and start over charging like most body shops do. But here goes anyway! Highly recommend them! Yes.. it’s kind of in the hood, but there facility is very clean and safe. It is well worth the drive! Another highly recommended shop on here quoted $1,500 to repair my Lexus bumper, Victor’s quoted me $489. Couldn’t believe it! I ended up having them do some other ‘clean up’ on my car and still walked away under $1,000 with a car that looks brand new. Mucho Kudo’s! They have a customer and referral for life (providing they don’t raise their rates due to the high demand this review will get them😂). 10 out of 10 ⭐️.

This place is great. I was involved in a small fender bender at the grocery store. I was unable to open my door because of a dent right where the door opens. I pulled in and a guy came and talked to me. He grabbed a tool and was able to fix the piece where the door opens within 5 minutes. He didnt even charge me anything to fix it.
