We came in today to pursuit buying a truck that we talked to Rich about yesterday. He was by far the friendliest person we dealt with when buying a car and made everything straight forward and up beat. There were no questions he couldn’t answer, he wore his mask when he was near us, and sold us a pickup truck in under 4 hours of arriving, out the door. I would highly recommend going to this dealership, everyone was great to work with. We ended up being able to actually stay within our budget and we were happy when driving out of the lot.

My girlfriend and I recently had our car totaled due to an accident. We had only 2 days to find a vehicle. We went from dealer to dealer unhappy with how pushy and rushed some of them were.We went to Honda of the Avenues knowing we needed a vehicle. Last Wednesday I received a phone call from my insurance company telling me I have about 2 days to find a car. Thursday after work I went all over looking to find the right vehicle. This dealership was absolutely wonderful!! My sales guy Victor was able to understand what I wanted and was able to help me find the perfect car. I cannot say enough good things about my experience yesterday with Honda at the Avenues. From the knowledgeable and incredibly nice salesman Cyrus (who was very patient with my many questions) to the very experienced finance manager Sam who made the financial part seamless and easy to understand. And of course the general manager Tim Peeler who stopped by occasionally to check to make sure everything was going smoothly. No rude or pushy sales and finance people here. Took my Honda in for routine servicing and my service advisor suggested my vehicle need more than the standard oil change but it would require several hours longer. After some initial frustration with getting a ride home my advisor Mike Bejarano went out of his way to help me. Strongly recommend him for all your Honda servicing needs.

The people here are always super nice and honest ! And they get your car done in a short amount of time which I love. I had a VERY bad experience with the Honda closer to my house (Gainesville location) so I drive an hour to come to the avenues location for there great customer service. I highly recommend this location and they have ladies day every Wednesday with a free tire rotation.
I had a great salesman - very low pressure! I love my new Odyssey van, even though Im still learning how to use all the wonderful things it offers. The people at Honda at the Avenues have been so great about training me on the instrument panel of this van. (Im 75 years old with little in the way of technology skills!!)

Absolutely loved our car purchasing experience here at Honda of the Avenues. We were attended by Cyrus Kanyuira, Cyrus was so kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Not once did I ever feel pushed or pressured. Cyrus focused on the vehicle we were interested, he knew everything about it, and was so helpful during the test drive explaining all the features and abilities of the vehicle. When it came time for business, I was never asked or pushed to agree to something I didnt want to get myself into. We went back and forth about 3 times until the numbers were right. They worked with me and my budget in a way that was calm, professional, and respectful. I highly recommend these folks, and definitely ask for Cyrus when you go, hell take care of you for sure!

My experience as an outside with poor credit and limited resources was very positive. Altough, when I asked about a new model car, I was quoted at a higher price than was listed on the website. And directed back to the used model, but I am pleased with it. I was able to get back to DE and am sure that I will have many years with the vehicle I purchased.

I always dread when I need to purchase a new car. It never fails youre at the dealership all day and you have to go through so many hoops just get the price range you want. This past weekend we went to Honda at the Avenues and it was everything of opposite that Ive experienced in the past. From our super nice salesman Morris Rashwan, to the Finance Manager Sam Fakhouri, to the Sales Manager Rory. Everyone was so easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I never felt pressured and I got the price range I wanted. And I was in and out with a new car that I absolutely love. Definitely recommend this dealership if youre ready to purchase a new car.

The service team gets five stars! The amenities (waiting area, refreshments, distractions, etc.) get three. Bottom line though, quick turn around, good service, and your not nickel and dimed.

They only care about selling you a car, but their customer service is non-existent once you roll off the lot. My brand new 2022 Odyssey had two issues crop up within the first week of taking it home, and despite having an extended warranty I had to call multiple times and visit in person 3 times over a period of 4 months to get them to take it in. They kept telling me they need to order the part when I could even get ahold of someone, but then they never called back. They even claimed not to have records of our previous requests when we last called to complain.Finally my 8 month pregnant wife was able to get an appointment by calling them multiple times in a single day, but it was while I was at work, so she took the car in herself. On the phone they promised her that they would move our two car seats and install them in the loaner car for her since she is literally two months away from delivering, but when the time came they made her do it by herself while watching our fussy two year old.Honda of the Avenues has the worst customer service of any company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I am a Honda fan for life, but I would rather drive to another city than ever purchase another car from these charlatans again.Buyer beware. If you have anything go wrong with a vehicle you purchase from these crooks, they will drag you along until your warranty runs out if you let them.

Bobby is ALWAYS our go-to when servicing our cars, so much that we brought our recently acquired Acura to him to make sure there wasnt any issues. Terrible customer service. Terrible communication. Terrible dealership.I purchased a vehicle from out of state (Massachusetts), so feel free to keep that in mind, but there simply is no excuse for how awful this experience continues to be.I bought my car in cash close to a month ago, and I am still unable to drive it.During the purchase process, I never had a single point of contact. I was bombarded with texts and calls from multiple numbers and I never knew who I was talking to.Post-purchase, communication suddenly became impossible. Days would go by without any updates. Everything felt like pulling teeth.Similar to other reviews, when I finally received the car, there were a bunch of scratches and dents that were not disclosed, the trunk was filled with dog hair, and the car was visibly dirty inside and out. They couldnt even be bothered to give it a simple car wash or wipe down.They claimed they were talking with the DMV and helping me get it registered. In the meantime, they sent me temporary plates from Florida, which Massachusetts does not accept. Not knowing that can potentially be forgiven, but doing a simple Google search would have let them know that this wasnt an option.Then weeks have go by with no new updates. After contacting them via text and email multiple times, I finally heard from someone that tells me they sent the documentation on Monday (3 weeks after the purchase), and that I actually have to finish the registration myself, so I still cant drive the car.I have been without a car for almost a month.If you value time, vehicle quality, or customer service, do not purchase a car from this dealership.
Thought I was going to drop the car off for a quick oil change turns out that is on the other side of the building, the website was not helpful. I dropped the car off and returned 2 hours later, it took a while to get someones attention when we did they couldnt find the paperwork to locate exactly where our car was. A young man helped immensely in the finalization of our car being worked on( OIL CHANGE. 3 Hours). Very disorganized. The service person that checked us in disappeared, thus the paperwork not found.
Elijah and Sam were phenomenal with getting me in the car I wanted. No strong arm or overly insane push for a sale that would be easy. Instead the focus was on my desire and making it true. This is the first time out of many car dealerships I can honestly say will have any future purchases from me as well. Highly recommend it.

I arrived there for maintenance check and oil change and the service advisor(Mike) immediately came to my car and checked the mileage and asked what service I needed. He is a very good and nice person. After completing my signature, I saw my car was driven away to the shop.Only in about on hour, the service was done. I officially hate the service department. Im not sure if theyre capable of fixing my car because even though they close at 7, they stop taking people at 6, not that it says that anywhere. Ive had rude people in person and frustrating people over the phone. How is anyone supposed to get anything fixed if you all close before anyone is able to get off work????? I have a warranty and couldnt get someone to take 5 minutes to check my battery and now Im stranded with a dead vehicle. Thanks.
I was able to get an appointment for a dead battery the day after I phoned. Justin was very helpful, taking a conservative approach, which turned out to be the right call. I was in and out of the service department, with a new battery installed, within an hour. Very comfortable waiting area made the time pass quickly. I was impressed with the professionalism and will make this my service provider going forward. Highly recommend.

I brought my Civic in for an extended warranty on the AC. They had my car the entire day and they never touched it and they never even called me to tell me what is going on. I had to call them several times while I was at work to try to get someone to tell me what is being done with it. I see all these great reviews about this place and I wish I could have said the same. This was my first time at this location and it was a horrible experience. And they even had the nerve to talk bad about the dealership on Blanding in Orange Park. Shame on them.

We first visited Honda of the Avenues in February 2021 to look at a CR-V. I have owned several Honda Accords over the last 30 years and knew when I was ready to buy a new car it would be a Honda. We met Cyrus Kanyuira and told him we were just looking and he was so gracious that day to show us a CR-V and explained it’s features. We told him then that we would be back when we were ready to purchase. About 2 weeks ago, my husband called Cyrus and told him that we were ready to buy. He told him we were definitely interested in a white CR-V. When we arrived at the dealership on July 10, he had just what we were looking for waiting for us. Clay Fenwick, the Finance Manager, was so kind and patient in working with us through the finance process. Both Cyrus and Clay treated us like friends and made the whole process easy and comfortable. The best buying experience we ever had!

Went in to look at an SUV, found one that was not the one I originally went in for but was very interested in it. Salesman was very nice and accommodating however the sales manager was not. We discussed price and were in agreement until we found out it only had 1 key, as we need 2 keys we were attempting to work with them to figure out a solution, While I was on the phone with a dealership to figure out how much it would cost so we could discuss with Honda properly the sales manager (Dane) came over and rudely kept telling me to hang up the phone, interrupting my call and actually started poking my wife because he wasn’t getting the response he wanted and kept repeating that he’s not going to work with us on the key period. My wife told him to hold on a minute until I’m off the phone and he continued, when I got off the phone he just kept refusing to hear us out about it made zero attempt to even discuss etc. Sales manager needs to keep his hands to himself and think twice before acting the way he did. Ruined the whole experience for us, we were literally signing paperwork when he did this and ruined everything.Again salesman was great. Sales manager however not so much. Hopefully he keeps his hands to himself in the future.

Great service from Brian for my oil change and tire rotation. My air pressure light went on later that night, and the next day I called to make an appointment to come in. Over the phone, Brian walked me through how to reset it and it took less than a minute.

I brought my car in for a recall and some service. Bobby was the service team member I dealt with. He was attentive to my concerns and was very transparent about everything that needed to be done. The service was going to take more time than expected so he offered to put me in a loaner vehicle for no charge while they completed all the work. He admitted several times that he would need help with certain tasks from other employees at the dealership. But in the end, provided a good buying experience. He was attentive after the deal was done to make sure my needs were met.A couple of days later, I had a small question about the vehicle’s price, and several days later, Chris called to rectify things. In the end, I got a good value.
