This is a 5 star facility that makes you feel like a 10. I would give 6 stars if I could - they are that good. From Jim (GM), to Steve (Sales Manager), to KR (Finance), to Matthew (Sales Executive), to John (the gentleman who not only ensured the delivery of our car BUT made sure it was everything as advertised and more) you will feel like you have a dedicated team of car gurus watching out for your best interest. I am a father who had been looking for a car for my son (college senior) for some time. This market is brutal. Quality vehicles are almost impossible to find. This is why it is important to work with a trusted primary manufacturer dealer like Fields. In my case, the professional team at Fields Cadillac Jacksonville stepped forward and said we know we can find what you want AND make you a great deal. We trusted this team because they earned it. I would recommend Fields Cadillac to anyone around the world. The associates are kind and straight forward. I wasnt hassled or felt like I was being taken advantage of. I didnt spend a whole day there to complete the process of me getting the car I wanted. Oh, I didnt go hungry waiting for the couple hours I was there because the complimentary lunch was served right there in the dealership freshly cooked. If you are purchasing a car and the customer service is not like I stated above, get out of there and visit one of the Fields dealerships near you or go online. Big shout out to Luiz Alejandro, a great honest salesman.

Well it was first time at the service center it was a good experience. Had to be at work by 10 and I was ready by little after 9. Appt was at 730. The diner was great especially since you DONT have to pay for your food. I didn’t know that I was suppose to give my coupon to my service guy. (Maybe they can ask if we have any coupons to redeem today) just a thought.But in all it was a good experience.

I took my vehicle in for an oil leak and they Identified the issue immediately. They also performed a 21 Point Inspection and brought to my attention some things I had been wanting checked for some time. My vehicle Sat low to the ground so they checked and found the rear shocks were busted! The engine skipped when idle they cleaned the throttle body and man she runs better! Also recommended turning my drums and back brakes replaced! She is really riding better!
Very high quality dealership. Staff is very pleasant. Facility first class. Service through. My only reservation is every appointment ties up the whole day. No such thing as an hour or two appointment.

After a not-so-great experience with bringing our vehicle in for a recall item, I reached out to the GM, Jim Signorile, who called me back quickly. He listened and was apologetic... and my husband drove back to the dealership to have the car inspected. Very happy with the “fix” for now...hope to return for the actual fix when it becomes available.

The ‘service’ department is quite annoying!! Purchased a car with a little damage - took it in to be fixed - didn’t get to speak with anyone about the needed work or what I wanted like done to the car - left message to have the car serviced & have the brakes checked… not sure if my requests have been completed… still have not heard back from anyone!!! I do have a loaner car and I guess I will take full advantage of that going out of town this weekend!

We had our Cadillac serviced on January 6 and were not charged due to the vehicle still being under warranty. Today, February 12, we received a call from Fields Cadillac to let us know that we owed $50. for that service. We have since traded that vehicle in for another one at another Fields dealership. How petty can you get?!

Called to have my headlight repaired and was able to get a same day appointment. My service advisor, Ora, greeted me and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. Ora also kept me updated on the service of my vehicle. The waiting area was very clean and large enough for the few of us waiting to social distance. Snacks and drinks were also available in the waiting area. I was also pleased that my vehicle was vacuumed and washed. Fields Cadillac will be my go to place for all my Cadillac needs.

I stopped in for a tire rotation and was pleasantly surprised at the amenities offered in the friendliness of the staff here at Fields Cadillac. I was given a free breakfast, they washed and detailed my vehicle and all of the staff were awesome, especially Jackie the liaison. She showed me a private Platinum Lounge where I could sit and work on my school work free from interruption.
Hands down the worst car sales experience to date. My husband purchased a car from fields Cadillac this past week. It was anything but easy. When we initially saw the car, it was in the middle of a “legal battle” and “wasn’t for sale”.. Apparently that had been sorted out and my husband was able to place a deposit on the car. Pick up had been delayed because per the salesman, the car needed to go to ford for an oil change and recall. We finally got to pick up the car a couple days ago and no oil change, awful detail job (car was still full of sand, fingerprints, etc) and less than 50 miles until empty. To top it off, my husband was told the second key was around the dealership somewhere and that the salesman had “seen it with my own eyes” and that upon finding it, we could come pick it up. However, my husband just received a call that they do not have a key and unless they can locate it from the previous owner, we will not be receiving that second key after all... I’m am appalled at the kind of service we are receiving from this dealership. I’d expect a lot more from a fields dealership. It is so disheartening to spend the kind of money we did and not feel valued as a customer.
I am not the kind of person to write a review good or bad, but after my experience today I have had enough. I bought a new CT6 back in 2016 and have had nothing but problems with the car and the service department. Yesterday, the cue finally system went out which did not shock me, I just added it to the long list of things that have gone wrong with the car. When I called to ask them to come and get the car they told me that would not be possible today and that I would have to drop it off. I explained that I was working and they would need to work it out being this was just a another problem in my long list of problems. She told me that she would have the manger call me. It is now 630 and I have yet to hear from from the service manager, however the nice lady that I spoke with did call me back and arranged for them to pick up my car before 1:40pm based on my meeting schedule. Well at 3:10 they arrived to pick my car during a very important meeting. I know what you are thinking at least they picked your car up the same day. Well, dont tell me you will arrive before 1:40 and not hold up your commitment without as much a phone call to say we are running late. How about selling me a quality product that doesnt need service every time I turn around. While we are talking about communication in the service department the poor guy who was delivering my car was headed to my house because the dealership did not tell him to come to my place of business, which I made clear I was at work and even gave them the address.Some of the issues my CT6 have had are:Sunroof quit working with no explanation and to this date still intermittently work when they want to. Still no explanationThe Leather Dash and Steering wheel have had to be replaced because of the Leather Cracking this was in the 1st year of the car.The Moonroof Cover quit moving and they had to have someone from GM come in because of a wiring harness problem. This time they had the car 14 days 1 day short of the Lemon Law and called us to come pick it up knowing it was not fixed and when we got the car we tried the Sunroof and it would not work but they told us to take the car they would call us when the parts came in to fix it. That was 2 weeks later and they did it just to avoid the Lemon Law.Tint on back window has bubbles in it you would think they would notice it and correct it but they have not.This has to be the most incompetent service department in all of Northeast Florida. It is apparent that the Service Advisers and Manager do not care about the level of service they provide. Also, the last oil change and service I got they did not reset the oil percentage so when I got the car back I checked it and had to call. They assured me that the oil had been changed and that sometime the service tech will forget. How about maybe put a system in place where things are double checked so this does not happen! I could continue with other issues but I will digress at this point hopefully you get the message. Once again ignorance at its finest. So, if you are looking for a quality product and a quality service department that will follow thru Cadillac and Fields of Orange Park are not the product or the place.
