Bill Pool is a crooked agent, dont worry Bill I showed statefarm all of our docs before we DROPPED YOU, see its against the law to have separate policys on 2 vehicles because were married.Dont waste your time our money with bill PoolsHes trying to get 241.30 from us he was reported to the insurance comission, we werent insured but 8 days only.This place is nothing but a bad taste.

Havent ever had any issues like the others state. When I call, Helen answers. I have had their homeowners and car insurance for years.

Its horrible i call for my mom and i never get an answer! I have to go up there and when Im there you would think the lady is busy but nobody is in there. No matter the time of day nobody ever answers. Ridiculous
