The ladies that work here are great, especially Tameka. I have only every spoke with Mr.Haskins when I first got my insurance with him about 5 years ago. Every time I call I cannot get anyone on the phone lately. I called to have a quote done on the vehicle I am adding and nothing. The best way to get ahold of someone is to just message then wait for them to say that they cant do it over email and wait on them to call. They will call if they need something but if you need something dont expect an answer. After being with someone so long for my insurance its sad I would rather call the 855 number to get easier service that is more convenient for my schedule and not just theirs.

Have been with Jim for 5 years. He and his staff have always been polite and kind whenever I spoke with them. Any issues that ever arose, they took care in helping resolve them as well as go into the reason for certain things. Not just this is what goes and that is the end of it kind of deal like other places will do. Would recommend Jim to my friends and family.
