Ive used Augustiniak Insurance for 9 years. They were originally recommended to us by a long-term Jacksonville resident. Though weve change insurance companies a couple of times, we have always used this agency to explore our options, costs. etc. Additionally, Ill do my own research but have found that Augustiniak always finds us a provider at the right price and level of service at want. Recently, Kandace Leslie help us find a new house insurer in reaction to the dramatic increase in rates. She was professional, answered all my questions quickly and accurately and helped us find a new provider. Changing insurance companies is annoying but she made it tolerable without sacrificing coverage.

Night and day compared to the agent that hat we had for the last 6 years. Justin got us better insurance with a better company for 75% of what we were about to be paying with our rate increase. Our insurance got canceled because of some red tape from a refinance deal that did no go through. Just in would respond to emails within about 10 minutes of any responses that I had to his emails. I can tell he is very experienced, has great energy and enjoys getting people the best insurance for the money.

Working with the Augustyniak firm was a very smooth and enjoyable experience. They were very helpful and showed a genuine interest in helping us save us a lot of money. Our agent was Justin Geiger who would always answer our questions and returned all our call promptly. We had used another firm before them. They seemed to have changed and were not interested in helping us find a better homeowners insurance company. Every time I would contact them, they said we will look into it.But all we received were words and no action.The amount of increase from the previous company had increased 35% from the previous year. And there were no claims made of any reason to justify the increase. Long story short, it turned out we saved Over $1000 dollars for the same if not sightly better coverage. We are not the type of client that always looks for the cheapest insurance. But when the increase is 35% I feel that is just not right.For us to do business with the same firm is our goal. Contacted Justin Geiger for a quote on mobile home insurance. The VA requires insurance before closing to incorporate it into the mortgage payment. Justin asked for sales web address to look at the home. Then informed me the home would need a new roof. I informed Justin the home just had just passed 2 inspections 1 being a VA. Justin replied in a text (I highly doubt that home passed ANY inspection). I officially feel degraded as a person, thank you. Not that I have to prove myself, but I will say this.... I am 48 years old and everything I currently have is paid for including my home. Mr. Geiger degraded me on a personal level, and I wanted to share his representation of Augustyniak.

We’ve had a Tower Hill home owners policy thru Augustyniak Insurance for several years. Only one claim so far that I can remember and it was handled extremely well by Agent Julie Saxton. We just this month decided to change our auto insurance from a nationally known company to a lesser known company. We carried the nationally known company for over 40 years. Reason for the change was that when questioning different quotes we seemed to have a different agent reply to us and quite often the reply took several days approaching a week plus. I knew in dealing with Julie previously on home insurance that she was always there to answer my questions. We were pleasantly surprised to find she was able to get a comparable auto quote. Any time I have questions Julie is there for us. That means a lot. We’re happy with Augustyniak Insurance and Julie Saxton!!

I have been using AAA / Augustyniak Insurance for many years, however, I have never had the opportunity or reason that I recall to go to their office. This past week that changed, because of some scanner problems on my end, so I asked if I could come up there to resolve the issue and it took less than a minute. Julie and the rest of the ladies that Ive spoken to in that office are always welcoming and will do what they can to help get you the best price for the most insurance. Julie and the others know I am disabled and when I cant figure out what something means, they are always helpful.However, this is very important, because, I’ve had personnel from other companies, in the past, and more resent, be Obtuse enough, to treat me as though having a Disability and being unable to Speak the same or as quickly as them, meant that I was uneducated, and that was and is the wrong way to think. Just because you have a speach impetiment doesnt mean youre dim-witted, and its very upsetting to be treated as such.Back to the original topic, Augustyniak, although. I said ladies, if you call the 800# for them there are men answering the phone just as much as the women.(On a side note, my previous ins. company stopped covering homes in FL, after I had been with them for years, now they try to get you to come back on auto, but, still will not cover homes anywhere there are hurricanes.)So.
