Professional service, fast install, and device is simple to use so far
The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in any kind of business. The equipment is outdated and does not work properly and it when it malfunctions they charge you an additional $45 for a code. They only service NC so if you ever have issues and you are out of state you are out of luck. When you do have a problem expect to be put on hold for 45 minutes or more. No exaggeration!! System will malfunction and leave you on the side of the road. The only positive is the techs that actually work and do installations. They are courteous and understand the frustration when dealing with their awful customer service. As Im writing this review I have been on hold for 57 minutes and 38 seconds to simply change an appointment.
