Hectors a real nice guy and gets to your repairs pretty quickly. Came in that morning regarding start up problems. Found out it was the battery and possibly the alternator. I really liked how he wanted to do process of elimination first and wanted to just test out the battery first to see if the alternator truly was an issue. If that was Goodyear, they would have wanted me to go ahead and replace both. After getting home with the new battery and testing the car the next morning, car started up just fine. Thanks man!
