Unbelievable! For a small fraction of the cost of what would have been taking the car to a body shop the door was restored to normal. I could not believe how the dent was gone in such a short time and without use of paint. Amazing!

A few days ago my 2016 Harley Davidson Electra glide ultra limited suffered some heartbreaking damage to the front fender. While in the process of parking it in my garage, I accidentally move the kickstand on my sport bike resulting in a very noticeable, dent to my Harley Davidson front fender. Being the OCD type of individual that I am, I immediately began searching the Internet for people who repair dents. I found several, and talked to four of them. I finally came across Smooth A Dent owner Mike Parks. While talking with Mike as he examined the damage, I began to feel very comfortable and confident that he would be the right person for the job. Mike took the time and understood how important this motorcycle was to me. That being said I made the decision to bring the motorcycle to him for the repair. Mike is a real expert at his craft. He is very polite, soft spoken and knowledgeable. I used his services a few years back when someone badly dinged the door of my 350z. He was able to see me the same day and was able to fix a ding I really thought was irreparable. So I had just purchased my Model 3 and my ladder fell on it creating a small dent on the bumper. I came to him with two dents on my rental that I had been told really needed to be taken too a body shop so needless to say I had been so worried about who I took the car too. I found out about him through one of his competitors who was very aggressive and talked badly about his work but now I see why he was talking like that! This guy mike is awesome! I called on a Saturday which he was closed. I left a voicemail with my information an within 30 mins he called back to set up a day for me to come in an get the dents fixed. The price was very reasonable!! His site say $75 a dent. I had 3 dents an he gave me a great deal. Amazing results! My 2018 vehicle had a very odd shaped crease and metal ripple on the rear driver door and Mike made it look good as new! I originally took it to the dealer and they wanted $1600 and wanted to repair, repaint, etc and wanted to keep the car for 10 days. I went to see him this morning for a small dent in my drivers side door of my 2018 Chevy Impala. It was a small dent, a body shop had quoted me 1600.00 to fix it, Maaco quoted me 900.00. Mike removed two dings from my car door back in 2009. I was so impressed at that time, I kept his card. I recently damaged my car by pulling to close to the garage door frame and I was devastated. I brought in my 2015 Genesis Sedan which had a fairly robust dent caused by a sharp object. Mike did an outstanding job. There was no sign of the dent or the paint transfer that was visible from the carless driver who parked next to me. This is a great value in fact I dont believe he charges enough. First, I would like to say that I was unable to get any work done here, unfortunately (and I do mean unfortunately), so I cannot speak of the work. Mike was very straight forward with the fact that he would not be able to help very much due to the very difficult location of the dent, and he explained in detail why. However, my experience still warrants this review, because the shop is very clean, Mike is an easy person to talk to and deal with, he knows what he is talking about, and I just sensed a certain professionalism/honesty about his whole business. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Highly recommend! Good size dent in my driver side fender causing the door to rub, first quote from body shop was over $700 and they needed it for two days. He fixed it for $379 in half a day and it looks good as new!

Just fantastic, honest, economical and professional service. I took my vehicle in to remove a small dent located on the upper passenger door panel. The owner assessed the situation and determined that it was complicated but doable to remove the dent. He worked on my car and removed the dent in less than 30 minutes and buffed out the door and the dent is now gone with no marks or indications of where it was. The Owner provided me with good old fashioned customer service which is a lost art these days.

Took my granddaughter to lunch and was having such a great time with her, I did not pay attention to my surroundings and backed into the only car in the parking lot near me. I have a big Suburban and the car I hit was low to the ground. The other car did not sustain any damage we could see, but the bumper of the Suburban was dented a lot - probably a soccer ball size dent and it had a pointed crease at the corner. I had little to no hope that the dent could be fixed and prepared myself for having to puchase a new bumper. Mike did a great job on my all white 06 Nissan Xterra. There was a ginormouse dent in the lower quarter panel. Mike claimed he could fix it. I had my doubts. He said give him an hour. Virtually on the minute he came back in from the shop and said he was done, and invited me to see his work, and dared me to find any evidence of the damage. I looked, and hard. Nope, no dent. I have recommended him to my family, friends, and co-workers. Im now taking our family van to him that suffered some sliding door damage from a careless driver this morning for an estimate. My bf refd me here and he is really particular who touches his cars so i went to see this guy😉 i hit a round construction orange barrier and the one with the black box attached at the top and it left a crease indent line about half a foot long with a scratch. My dent insurance wouldnt even touch it. So when he took it here. Very reasonable price and fast work and cant even tell it happened. He even took out one of the scratched area. Would repair dent. Stated that he could do it if I removed door panel. I removed it and he still declined. Other shop repaired without removing door panel without a problem. Door panel broke from removal process. Stay away

I stopped by this morning to get a couple of hail dents removed from my hood. Mike had me in and out of there in 20 minutes flat. If you need a dent or ding smoothed out, I would highly recommend Smooth a Dent on San Jose.

Mike removed a handful of dents from my Mazda RX8s aluminum hood, a dent from one of the rear panels and a dent in one of the suicide doors. It took him a bit over a hour while I waited and only cost me about $288. The only dent he couldnt fix was the huge dent in the cars rocker. To be fair I dont think any PDR can fix a rocker. They require welding/cutting tabs, sanding and painting. Its hard to see though, so the car looks great now. Id definitely bring him the car again in the future.

As someone that worked in the auto reconditioning industry for almost a decade Ive become quite picky about who touches my vehicles. I spend far too much time and money on my investments to hand them over to someone that is not going to treat them respectfully. This is the way I ran my detail shop and this is what kept my customers coming back for years. Its quite apparent in his work that Mike follows this same work ethic.I brought my new WRX in to him when only hours after picking up the car I had someone decide to throw a beer bottle at it while exiting the highway. Naturally I was crushed at the thought of my new car being damaged within hours of purchase for no reason at all other than someones ill will.Thankfully Mike was able to remove the dent without any evidence of it ever happening. Ive seen my fair share of shoddy PDR and was fearful of the outcome but my fears were quickly laid to rest when the work was completed. He quoted me a fair price before beginning work. What a poor attitude. Mike was a completely unprofessional looser. He wanted almost $300 for an hour and a half of work. When I asked him to adjust it slightly, he began to tell me off. I hope he doesnt treat his employees this way too.
