In life there are many people that give the red carpet of customer service, and as humans we always want them to be recognized with trophies or even the key to the city. Since I don’t have that kind of power, that’s where this long review will have to do. When Andy worked on my car his customer service was beyond what I would’ve expected. From the moment I walked into the door, he greeted me like I was family. Not only is he professional, he also made sure that the value of the service was well worth the pay. He cares about your car and he is also very knowledgeable about certain situations that could have caused the damage. Many times we say that there are true craftsmans out there, but I say that there is none other like Andy. Lastly, the honesty and sincerity about the timing as when you will get your car is top notch. From beginning to the end the customer service at this place is Grade-A, and you’d be silly to not let Andy give you the VIP treatment he gave me. Never Happened will definitely have a repeat customer in the coming future with me.

I wish I could give Andy 10 stars. I called on a Friday afternoon because someone decided to hook me up with a shopping cart up against the drivers door of my almost month old car, he said bring it over and he’ll have a look. Quick look, an immediate very reasonable quote, pulled it into the bay and called me back 15 mins later to show me his work, I couldn’t even see a trace of where the dent was. No holes drilled, door panel not pulled off, an absolute amazing and clean repair job. Won’t even quote anyone else should this happen again, I’ll be right back to see Andy. Thanks again!

Andy is a dent removal master! removed all dents off my fathers 86 Monte Carlo! treated this classic car dent removal like a surgeon, very professional and made the dents truly look like it never happened!

After I backed into a Prius, the right rear bumper on my 2013 Chevy Impala caved in. I was able to pop the large dent out and take some medium dents out with a suction cup tool but couldnt get out the last 3 small indentations. I tried auto body shops who wanted to remove the rear bumper, repair/repaint & charge me $1000 claiming if they just pushed out the remaining dents, the paint would crack. The body shops were cracked in my opinion.I took the Chevy to Never Happened. I didnt need an appointment. When I got there, they looked at the remaining damage and were able to pull the Chevy into a bay & tap out the remaining dents (without removing the bumper or cracking the paint). I was charged a very reasonable $150 for their hour of work.While I waited for the work to be completed, I was pleasantly surprised to see their logical, professional approach to their customers and the issues at hand. I highly recommend Never Happened for minor body work and if the need arises (hopefully, NOT), I will return for quality repairs at reasonable prices.Cheryl Tucker

I had a dent in the hood of my 2019 Camry right on the seam. They told me that this would be a difficult repair due to the location, size and the fact that the material is aluminum but that they wouldnt charge me if the repair couldnt look like it never happened. Im pretty picky and when i picked up the car it was perfect, great work, on time and a reasonable price. i would highly recommend this company.

Just bought a brand new chevy silverado 2020 and 3 days later my son was putting a bag of garbage in the back and hit the side of the bed. Big dent and to say the least i was upset. Read some of the reveiws and brought my truck and can say that this was a great call. Made a appointment with the nice young lady at the counter for Monday morning 9am. The gentleman was on it asap and did an amazing job. You could not tell at all where the dent was. I was very pleased with the whole experience. I would highly recommend this crew to anyone. I highly recommend this place. They make you feel at ease with the process before the work commences. I was given an estimate of approximately 4hrs and was out of there in roughly 2 hrs. Excellent customer service and warm friendly atmosphere. Paid a little more than I wanted to but the peace of mind in repairing a dent on a leased car is worth it!!

I got a very quick estimate and price from their staff. They were able to get me in the next morning when I called for an appointment. I had a pretty nice dent in my fender but they were able to completely remove the dent. Its not easy trusting someone to work on a brand new $70k truck, but I wouldnt hesitate to use these guys again. Theyre friendly knowledgeable and they do great work. If youve got a dent you want gone, see them before the body shop.

Took my Mazda6 in with a nasty dent within 1 inch of the frame on one of the doors - due to the location of the damage they promised a likely 90% solution, but delivered 100% within a couple of hours. I do hope to not get further dents, but if I do, I’ll return here.

The team at Never Happened Paintless Dent Removal are terrific and honest. I was referred here to have a dent removed from my trunk. They would need about four hours to get it out so we decided I would come back at a time when I didnt need my car for the day. It was barely noticeable to me so I could wait until it was convenient.Several months went by and I needed to drop my car off across the street at Fields Auto Collision because I had run over something causing damage to my front bumper. I thought it was going to be a quick fix but they wanted to replace my entire bumper and charge me around $1300. I called Never Happened to see if they could go get my car while it was in the shop and fix the dent. They promptly did and realized they could also fix my bumper! There was no paint damage so they were able to fix it for a fraction of the cost! I was able to cancel my insurance claim and get my car back right away. Im so grateful to the awesome team at Never Happened. They saved me time, a lot of money and an insurance claim. Plus, they are so easy and such a pleasure to work with! I will always refer people to them going forward. (And my bumper and trunk look great!)

After examining my DEEP dent, the charge was lower than quoted over the phone. I was not sure it could be repaired without serious body work. They even touched up a few chips and scratches for $20. Wow!!! these people do business the right way!! Needed a dent popped out in my bumper and had no idea where to look so i googled it. I was heartbroken with my severe dent to my front door of my Ford. Never Happened Dent Removal made me happy again! As I saw great reviews for this place - I stopped by there to see if they can make my car all better again. It took them few hours to not just totally remove my large dent but also stuff that transferred during my accident to my doors paint at the dent area I could not remove and thought I would have to live with. :) I honestly cant tell where the dent was - and it was deep and long! I am so happy with their work and results!! On the top of that - the owner and staff are so professional and nice and definitely know what they are doing! They have a return customer in me! I have used them 3 times since purchasing my wife a new pearl white Tahoe. The first two times they were completely able to remove the dents. On the third time it was a rather large dent on the front fender, near the edge where they fold it over and weld the fender line. The total dent was the size of a softball with two large creases. They worked on it over two hours but because of where it was located and that the fender was aluminum, they were only able to fix 90% of the dent. Considering those circumstances I was pleased with the outcome and would have paid them what they quoted me. Since 100% dent removal is their policy unless otherwise agreed to they didnt charge me anything. Writing this review was the least I could do to show my gratitude!!! Fantastic group of people and I would recommend them to anyone. Great job!

My 2012 Lincoln received a very noticeable crease in the right rear door that made my blood pressure go up every time I looked at it. After research and a fair amount of cynicism because the Before and After pictures on their website were a bit difficult to believe, I took a leap of faith and went to NEVER HAPPENED. Maria gave me a very reasonable quote and in a little over an hour I drove away with the damage completely repaired and Im a stickler for attention to detail! Maria and Andy are a very personable, highly competent, hard-working team and its apparent they take great pride in their work. If I could award them higher than 5 stars I would!

To me, they did an excellent job removing the dent . However, because IN THEIR EYES the job wasnt up to their standard concerning a nonvisible issue with my rear sensor...THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME! Fabulous! They even gave me an equally awesome referral to someone who can meet my specific need. These people are the truth!

This company was great. Hurricane Irma gave my Subaru WRX a few dingers and they were able to do a great job. The owner and his wife are very polite and honest and the pricing was very fair. Visited this Family business for an Estimate, Ive learned that backing up to your mailbox isnt pretty nor cheap!Knowing that I cant afford to fix my car, I just shook my head in disbelieve. Dont kow who was this wonderful person who explained all the work comes with it ...He has said: Wait, Ill try somethingfor Free, cant promise that will work,then he did his magic with an instrument. ..after a huge noise, he pulled out the Dent! Of course the damaged area still there, but the dent smoothed out! I was stending in disbelief, wanted to pay some he said: NO you have no money, but you can do something: Spread the HELP, we are helping you and you will HELP others!!I had tears in my eyes when Ive left.There are wonderful people in this world!

Ouch! Went out to my car with my groceries a few weeks back and found a humongous door ding from a truck (or something big) in the side of my car. My little Honda!I cant stand looking at that crease.Called a friend at Brumos Porsche and asked who he would recommend. Seems they use the guys at Never Happened to repair any dents and dings to the $100,000+ cars. So I called for an appointment and an estimate. Friendly folks got me a spot in less than a week. Cool- Porsches, Ferraris, and my little Honda.I have some before and after pics up. I cant find the spot where there was a deep 1 inch dent and a crease- its gorgeous.Apparently these guys are Dent Wizard master certified and about the best around. They have done million dollar cars at the Amelia Concourse.My Honda looks purrfect.

Although the man did a pretty good job, I was advised by my insurance carrier that the quarter size dent I had was not worth $200.00. I shouldve shopped around before I came here. All State advised me that it was worth at least $90.00. Please shop around before you have work done here.

I highly recommend Never Happened. I brought my BMW 328 in for several small dents. Everyone there was very professional. The price was less than I expected and the dents were gone in a very short time.

I bought a used Buick with a dent in the trunk lid which someone had tried to pop out themselves. The body shop wanted over $700.00 to fix it. I told these people at Never Happened to just do the best they could to make my car look better. They said it might not be 100 percent but it would be 95 percent. They were wrong. It was 100 percent! Cost $170.00. This guy is very talented. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

I went to Never Happened based on a hunch as it claimed it was a family run business. Never was this more true. Andrew and Marie were as welcoming and cordial as any of your family members would be. Their office and facilities were clean and comfortable. Prior to going to Never Happened I went to a paintless dent removal closer to my house and was told that the dents in my car were too big for the paintless dent removal technique to be effective. I was planning to go to a body shop then decided to give Never Happened a try. I was like night and day...Andrew was certain they could do the job to my satisfaction...and they did. I was elated when I saw their work. I am writing this review to save people any wasted time and money on where to go for dent repair. I am not an expert on paintless dent removal or any other form of dent removal, but I am an over particularly person who always wants things to be perfect. Anything short of that for me is a disappointment.I had a dent removed from a competitor here locally a about a month ago, who did, in my opinion, a 75% job and charged me a lot of money. I assumed I would live with it and that would be it. A few weeks later my Wife was attending a course in Miami and got another dent in the same door, so I resolved to try another dent repair shop for better results. I chose Never Happened because they were close to me, never thinking to check with the local dealerships for their go-to-person.The owner worked on my car the morning I went. In less than 10 minutes he had perfectly repaired this new dent and correct, again perfectly, the dent the other shop achieved about a 75% repair on. And by perfectly, I mean he removed the dent to the point that you would absolutely never have known it was there in any light from any angle. Believe me, I tried looking from both sides and from top and below with natural light and the LED flashlight feature on my smartphone. They were both completely gone just as the name of his business implies. He was cheaper on the new dent than the previous shop and, because he is awesome guy, he repaired the other persons work for free. I was blown away. I dont often even take the time to praise someone who is amazing at their work, but I had to this time. Getting this repair done right on a brand new car with 2,000 miles made my day.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING ELSEWHERE!!! Never Happened is the only place to go in Jacksonville and the surrounding area. The owner told me he would like the think of himself as one of the top 3 dent specialists in Florida at this work. I would say he is the best, because it cannot be done any better. Period!If you do not believe me in this review, please call any of the Brumos auto dealership; Porsche, Mercedes Benz or Lexus, and ask them who they use for dent repair on their cars, some costing over $100,000. They will tell you Never Happened.He is the best of the best in my book and a great guy.
