My 21 Subaru got rear ended in April 21 . In the past I have used Osteen and always had great professional service. Now it is Joe Hudson, I made the mistake of thinking the service would be the same. It was not. They left screws loose on trim pieces that actually almost fell off on the highway. Bumper was not properly installed and body lines did not line up. Had been promised that they would make it right from day 1. Called at least 15 times to het status on the parts that were on order Well finally 6 months September later they have a new staff. Come to find out the parts were never even ordered.. The new staff has been great. They ordered the parts to fix the ones that were ruined due to loose screws. New parts arrived in just a few day. They also corrected the body lines. Not sure if I will use them again, but they definitely came through and made things right.

Tesla Owners its safe to come back. They finally got rid of Lisa which was a genius business decision. I had an awful experience but the new management worked hard to make it right. I will come back because of Justin.

I have never seen such unprofessionalism in my life. I wish I had to time to type out the whole two month history of what happened but I dont. The highlights - should have totaled the car but saw an opportunity to make money so didnt. Repairs werent done correctly and told us it was, we show up and totally wasnt done. Had to have it another two or three weeks. Even when they completed that it wasnt done. Charged for things we didnt approve - insurance fraud. Rude customer service - LINDA. Major delays sending paperwork to the insurance company that caused major delays on getting the whole matter resolved. Just dont use them. Ever. It isnt worth it.

They bend over backwards to help their customers. Very nice, and did quality work on my vehicle.

The level of customer service I received from Joe Hudsons on Tresca Rd. is frankly unprecedented for an auto body shop. My Tesla Model 3 needed some very minor body work on one of the rear doors, and while my job wasnt necessarily a big ticket item, I was treated as if it was a high priority. Working with Margaret was an absolute pleasure, and if you find yourself having to come in for service, do yourself a favor and try to work with her! I told her that if she werent working for Joe Hudsons, Id offer her a job on the spot for my company! Not only do they know what theyre doing, but theyre also quick to return estimates and phone calls and will never make you feel like your job doesnt matter. Hopefully you dont have to visit Joe Hudsons, considering that means something happened to your car, but if you do, youll be in great hands! I cant recommend this team enough!

Lori in the front office was very helpful today with my car/paint issue.

They are the only approved vendor for my Tesla in town so had to wait 8 weeks, but it was worth the wait. Staff Lisa & Margeret were wonderful and kept me on the loop with what is going on with my car. No hassle at all and worked with my insurance and had it fixed. Awesome to work with but wont be going there again:)

I am a customer for life. I have been here three times on separate occasions and their work is amazing. My car is always come back looking better than they did before. Just picked my car up this morning. I had taken it in a little over a week ago for repairs due to front end damage - I rear-ended somebody - and they finished up yesterday. The car is beautiful. I cant tell there was any damage at all (except for the brand new headlight and front bumper). It is clean inside and out. Repair-wise, they did a terrific job. Zero complaints. Paint matches, car is spotless, actually looks better than before the wreck.My only issues with OSteens are the communication (or lack thereof) and poor estimation of how long the repairs would take. When I dropped it off last Monday, I was told that Thursday afternoon it would be ready. I had a major event this weekend and needed the car, so this was important. Also, I mentioned over the phone that the brake lights were not working after the wreck, and it wasnt caught during the inspection.Fast forward a few days. I never got any calls or updates. I had to call myself to find out the car wasnt ready Thursday and would roll into Friday. No calls on Friday. No calls Monday. Finally I called myself and was told the car would be ready by 4. They had no notes about the brake lights. I asked the young lady on the phone to check on this. She did not. I called back and spoke to Marty who had his tech check it out and fixed it right before they left for the day.So: 5 stars for repair service. 2 for communication. Giving them 4 stars because the car really looks fantastic. Would I choose them again? Yeah - but Id know I needed to call and check on things myself.

I went in under the assumption that I had confirmed my appointment via email. I had 15 minutes to get the ball rolling before needing to leave to get to work on time. Ive had other quotes, and knew itd take five minutes and Id get an email with the estimate, within the exact same time frame of having 15 minutes. They didnt have my appointment down, which was fine. I wouldve been more than happy to make another one so I could have everything correct. The first person helping was super nice and was going to assist me in making another appointment. Then someone else came and said theyd do it now, even though I didnt have an appointment. I explained I was referred there and that Id already gotten other quotes and I was just trying to get the best service and price per my insurance adjuster. They tried to tell me I couldnt get multiple quotes, as my insurance wouldnt pay on that, only the first quote they get. After speaking with my adjuster, that information is false and inaccurate. I can go anywhere and if they approved my estimate from one body shop, and go to another, theyd even pay any additional monies owed. The second person helping me, just seemed like it was a total bother and I was beneath them and dumb. Unfortunately, they wont be getting my business ever. Its a shame, because Ive heard amazing things from this company. If the first image of the company is under par, it doesnt matter how amazing the actual services provided are. Maybe it was just an off day......but I just wanted an estimate and was willing to come back another day to not inconvenience anyone, since they didnt have me down like the email said. Im looking forward to having Tom Bush take care of all of my needs and their customer service is top notch.

I just had a good amount of body work done here and I am extremely Happy with all of the work they did, my car looks brand new! It was a very easy process and they are so Professional and Courteous and really went above & beyond to make sure I was 100% Happy and taken care of. Margaret is Amazing!! From start to finish the staff at OSteens Auto Body was outstanding. I had an estimate done through them and then chose them to carry out the repairs because of how professional and helpful they were. My car only took one and a half days to repair and was ready for pickup earlier than they originally said which was great. My car looks flawless, you cannot tell where any damage occurred.

Simply the best Auto Body business I have dealt with in my 15 years in the automotive industry, spanning two different states. Some businesses are affordable, some personable and some are knowledgeable. Very few are like OSteens Auto Body in Jacksonville- All 3! OSteens did an excellent job repairing damage on my white Prius. Margaret was very efficient writing the estimate. The rust and scratches were repaired and painted in a timely manner. The car looks band new. The staff was very gracious in handling me. I could not have been more impressed with their service. I highly recommend OSteens Auto Body for any car damage repairs. The positive atmosphere and excellent workmanship made this overall, a very positive experience.

Once a great body shop but a perfect case study of uncontrolled growth and absentee ownership. Now its just an average body shop getting customers from its former reputation. The main owner is not actively involved any longer and has turned things over to his wife who is more concerned with volume than quality. Quality control is nonexistent and they will probably cause more damage than they will fix. At this point, they will deny that they caused the damage (scratched windows and chrome) which was likely done by unsupervised employees using improper techniques or inadequate supplies. If you have a luxury automobile, do yourself a favor and avoid this place. It will be the worst experience imaginable. Im sure they will respond with...... there is no way we could have done that damage. Well... you know and I know that you did. Own it!!

Dont show up with out an appointment, they cant help you. Was informed they booked up. So Im going to look else where. Thats great customer service. They were not even interested in helping me.

Osteens was recommended to me by a relative and I could not be happier with the repair work they did. They worked with two different insurance companies for two different claims, and made the process extremely easy.The paint job & mechanical work they did on my Volkswagen was top tier.The management and customer service at OSteens was very professional and willing to help. Id highly recommend them to anyone, and especially to owners of German / Jaguar Land Rover / Aluminum vehicles.

If you want the job done right. They dont want your business.I have used OSteens a couple of times and they did a decent job but only with close inspection of the work when you go to collect your car. Both times there were glaring errors and unfinished issues with the car. They may not seem major, a piece of trim hanging off, not fully snapped in place and the screws on the rear door of my SUV were not the right size and were not put in correctly. And this was only what we could see! These were fixable and may not have been a big deal to some but when we spend so much time in our automobiles, driving our children and generally getting on with the business of life these things can be very important! Luckily my husband is a very detail oriented person and noticed these issues before we left with the defective workmanship. He took his time to wait several hours while they fixed things and helped them see what was not up to his standard.I recently had another small issue with my rear view mirror and after going in person to get an estimate and setting up an appointment I got a call that they did not want my business because we d been too hard to satisfy in the past.Really!?So I guess if youd like your car fixed correctly Id suggest you go find a garage that has your best interests in mind and a dedication to getting the job done RIGHT! I think that OSteens has sadly lost sight of what is important. It is not a shiny new office building, or a diamond ring for the owners wife, or even the 5 star rating they will blatantly ask you to post but the people that they serve and the families they are impacting.

They were so rude to me there. They ordered parts for my car without my consent and then they were trying to tell me the only day I could drop off my car was on a Monday. I ended up going to Calibur Collision off Mayport Road. They were amazing and treated me so nice. They even gave me a bag of popcorn and a drink while I waited! My car turned out perfect too !

Osteen’s Auto Body is the best repair shop that I have ever encountered in the 50 plus years of driving and having the need of auto body repairs. I think their staff and quality of work is second to none. They are the gold standard in my book. FYI- Osteen’s is a highly preferred repair shop for the United States Automobile Association, an organization that is the best auto insurance company world wide and knows the value of an exceptional repair shop.

I recently bought a used car from a dealership in South Florida, but unbeknownst to me there was previous damage to the bumper that the previous owner covered up pretty well. After taking it to Osteens, they discovered the REAL damage and went above and beyond to make sure my bumper actually fit correctly and the paint matched perfectly. It may have taken a little longer than expected, but it was well worth the wait to have the job done right. Thank you, Osteens! I can honestly say I LOVE my car again!

I cant thank Osteens enough for their over the top service! I had 3 claims on my first new truck in many years and that had me pretty down. All my deductibles didnt leave room to paint the rest of it. I knew it would look good, even better when I picked it up and I was happy to get her back. But when I looked.......THEY PAINTED THE REST OF MY TRUCK!! They said the claims covered most of it so they said...why no? Said I was a hard worker and deserved something good. WHO DOES THAT??? Osteens does. I still get tears in my eyes thinking about that. And theyre gonna wax her in 3 weeks to keep the paint fresh. God bless them

Osteen is the best body shop in Jacksonville and their staff is outstanding! I had a Kia Optima that sustained heavy damages and they restored it perfectly. I could not even tell that it had been in an accident and it ran like it was new. Their staff is also extremely courteous and professional. They always greet me with a smile and keep me updated on repairs. I never felt ignored or unwelcome here. This is more on the personnell, The lady that answered the phone was at first nice but transferred me before i was ready, then when i called back to let her know that the other shop disconnected and try to get the number she was very rude and hung up on me, then when i called the 3rd time she never said anything just picked the phone up and hung up. The 4th time i got someone different, who gave me the number but wasnt too interested in hearing that the other person was rude and hung up on me.

Good People that Show a lot of Respect,and put out some of the Best Piant and Body Custom Work Ive ever seen.Theyre doing my truck soon,its gonna be a Show Truck,Stereo and Custom Paint and I wouldnt take my truck anywhere else.For Basic Work or Custom Work,you cant ask for a Better Shop in Jacksonville,and a few other Cities in Florida.Theyre not doing the Stereo,but after its all installed,they are who we chose to do the Paint and Custom Body work.Was recommended by a good friend Justin,and hes had multiple cars,Show cars done there and the Service and Work was Outstanding and Absolutely Beautiful.I cant wait to get this huge stereo installed so they can Shave my Door Handles,install Motorized Lambo doors that will all work off the Alarm System.Ive never seen any work better done in Jacksonville,and Im a Die Hard Custom Car finatic.5 Star Rating no Doubt💪👍

Took my vehicle in for a simple repair and OSteens did not take the time to match the paint and refused to computer match the paint when I requested they repaint it. The warranty on the web site is not worth anything since they do not stand behind their work.

I recently had front end damage to my truck. Osteens is recognized by my insurance. I found extra comfort in that being several friends confirmed they were the best. The problem I encountered was detrimental. My truck is 15 years old and over 180k miles. However old, well maintained! Sadly, repair costs were near threshold for insurance purposes so it was declared totaled. This was unacceptable as I am closing on my new house in a month. I was fortunate that Osteens was there to guide me! Lisas help and advice through the process was invaluable. Dont get me wrong, my insurance was very helpful as well. Ive reconciled with insurance and will pay a salvage fee to retain my truck. The parts are affordable and I can repair my truck with the insurance money after all. With an inspection from the DMV, Ill have a clean title and be able to focus my energy on the new home again! I cant say enough about how awesome these folks are! I highly recommend them to everyone!

I have not received customer service like I received today at Osteens Auto Body in a while. Unbelievably Great. When the owner of the business, Donna, gets down on her hands and knees, in white pants no less, to see why the rear fender was loose on my wifes Jaguar, was just beyond me. She then told me to give her the keys and she would get it fixed and brought it back in ten minutes, fixed with no charge. I also learned they were the ones that removed all of the swirls out of the paint, when the car was new. Beautiful job!!! I live out of town, but will return to them for anything I ever need done to any of my familys vehicles. Cant say enough about true customer service. Thank you!!!!!

Just brought my car in for an estimate regarding a scratch on my new Acura damaged in shipping. Lisa responded immediately and as she looked at the scratch she said we may be able to buff this out for you. She brought over her detailer and he agreed. They took care of it right there and then. I was out of there in 15min. She just said remember us next time...no charge. Its just when you think that places like this dont exist anymore it restores your faith. Osteen is just a bunch of thieves and liars. I took my car into them after a crash.  They never did call me by my name just the insurance company.  They gave me an est. and I told them that I wanted to get another one from a different company. By the time I got back to my house to call my insurance company they said that Osteen had already called them and had the money sent to them. I dropped off my car and told them to give me at least a days heads up that it would be fixed so I could arrange to get off work and pick it up. They told me no problemI then got a call early one morning saying that it was fixed and to pick it up that day. I told them I could not and they said that they had let insurance company know it was done and I would have to pay for rental car till I picked it up. I was able to get there late that afternoon and when I looked at the car it had about 100 miles on it and the tires were covered in mud.  They said that their lot is covered in mud (even though it had not rained) and said nothing about the mileage.  Then I looked at the windshield and saw a crack in it. They said they had to take off the hood for repair but they did not make the crack.  Looking at the damage est there was no note to fix windshield. They refused to say they had done the damage then they said to go ahead and get it fixed and they would change the paperwork to charge the insurance company.  I told them that they broke it and they need to fix it and lets go look at the before pics to see if it was damaged before.  They went into the office looked at the computer screen for about 10 mins and then said that they had accidently deleted those pics. Then they gave me my keys and said they were locking up for the day and to get my car off of their lot or they would have it towed.

If you come here because you want the best? Your gonna get the best!!!!

Did not hear anything from OSteen, decided to call and they did not have a clue how to use their website contact system or check email that customers sent them. If they cant handle their own website email system, Im not so confident in their capability.
